    Lie no. But maybe wait a few years to see patients maintain their on it alone before drawing to any conclusions Im using it myself & it has been useful for my crown just think it is too early to overhype the drug. Better to judge in a few years rather than just a year I am not against oral minoxidil at all been using 2.5mg per day with no issues

    Melvin you mis interpreted my point There are no long term studies showing oral minoxidil is as effective as finesteride I really wish it was the case but i expect oral minox results will decline like topical does after 2 years. But we have Bisanga claiming its as good as finasteride it is just not been proven For example no really many people maintain on oral minox compared to finnasteride but we have Bisanga saying its just as affective. It just has not been proven long term

    Bisanga I think is a good surgeon. Although I have not seen many results on high norwoods He dose have some questionable advice though. He thinks Oral Minoxidil is as good as Oral Finasteride despite no long term data to support this. I have been using Oral Minox only but I am not expecting it to maintain my hair long term

    Eugenix some to reject very few candidates I do think with another procedure who could get a good visual result if you went for a buzzcut look

    I had consult with Pitella as well. I will probably go with Zarev & just wait. Both are brillant not really too much of a difference I just prefer Zarev's methods very very detailed

    thats remarkable that you have 12k scalp grafts available. Im sure he will get a great result when it is finished

    Wont be 100% dht blockers for the scalp with systemic absorption, That is fantasy. Actually with people's diet's & Testosterone levels dropping so much I actually think people will be more susceptible to side affects. Hair Transplants are the best solution imo. They are the big breakthrough in the last 20 years, Maybe better techiques can improve body hair survival.

    your hair to scalp contrast is very good, This is why I think you may be a candidate even with a limited donor. In Europe. Zarev is your best bet

    Was messaging Zarev today Current waiting list for op is 2025 But my case wont be that big he said so he said he will try fit me in before then. I will know more after March consult in my case. So if your a small case i think its very likely you may get a nearer date but you need to get consult

    Im heading over in March for consult Could you post photos of your donor? Is it thick? Also does heuse body hair if needed? Good luck with your transplant

    your donor looks fine for a transplant. You still have alot of hair. Grow it out & you can look at getting on hair loss medication possibly. Although both Finasteride & oral minoxidil can have siide affects but they are rare in most people.

    I agree. I work a cap previously but when i get another procedure i wont. It is quite annoying

    i was able to. But you have to wear it a certain way that it isnt touching any grafts

    not all on the website have great donors. His last post on IG doesnt . I have no idea how he got 11,000 scalp grafts. This by Pitella is probably the best true norwood 7 result. Look at how low the sides are. No fin either. No idea how he managed to get so many grafts from the scalp too

    @HugoX Do you know does Zarev work on temporal peaks? Not seen any cases with him doing those Also does he use beard or body hair much?

    5mg of Oral Minox is too high for some people https://donovanmedical.com/hair-blog/oral-minoxidil-top-10 Much more minoxidil in your blood stream at 5mg rather than 2.5mg

    Ive been to parties & seen guys just back from Turkey after a hair transplant. No one cares its very very common in 2022 for people to get one
