    Dr Pekiner is a different class altogether when compared to Dr Yaman IMO, look at how is approaching your case, 3 days instead of meticulous work instead of cramming in in to one !

    Please let us know the names of the clinics/Drs who you have been consulting with so far. Being a higher Norwood the only one in Turkey I would consider would be Dr Bicer. Of course many clinics would just agree as they want your business, they are not considering what would be best for you. That’s not to say that some clinics might be able to take on you without being on Meds though… Maybe you could get some consultations done with @DrTBarghouthi(Vertex), HDC @Doron Harati, @Dr. Felipe Pittella, @DrMunibAhmad(Fuegenix), @Eugenix Hair Sciences, Hattingen & Dr Zarev..

    For Afro hair yes, this is why i didn't even mention them. Turkey is not the place to go. Nothing wrong with either of those Drs, but you really need someone that is already proven with your hair type. Same as we all said before. Eugenix was mentioned previously, but again they dont have the results showing for Afro hair. Stick with the best choices in Belgium or Jordan (Vertex) i know you ruled out Dr Diep before as he is priced higher.

    Not much has changed since you were last asking who to choose.. Still the best choices for Afro hair include Dr Bisanga, Dr Mwamba, Dr Lapunzula + Dr Feriduni - Belgium, and also now you could consider @DrTBarghouthi(Vertex) who became forum recommended after you was last here.. he’s In Jordan.. Maybe now you have a couple more k usd then you could choose any of them, if it’s still around 3k worth of grafts you need.

    Yeh I would say it was more like what they was originally saying which was 2550, just bizarre what the clinic has been saying to the OP

    It’s a strange one for sure, normally clinics can over quote the grafts, not under… Did you pay per graft or per overall session? It definitely looks more than 1500 grafts.

    Get some consulting done with some of the Drs i mentioned (if not all) Beard grafts should only be used as a “filler” and nowhere in the temples or hairline, it can be used in the donor area though with good effect. Dr Mwamba or Dr Bisnaga are particularly adept with Afro hair and restocking of the donor area. And have taken on many repair Afro cases. It’s more than possible you have 2k from your Beard, without seeing any pics it’s difficult to know for sure.

    @AfroLinks are not allowed here, they will get removed when they are seen. A YouTube clip showing some of a procedure proves nothing. It was mentioned they have been doing it for 9 years ? Yet reviews only go back 1 year, and absolutely no mention here on the forum In all that time. Its up to you but I would go for the guys that are already proven and consistent.

    Yeh but who is the Dr ? Can you actually see full 12 month journeys/results ? True as it might be that places like HOI and Asli Tarcan do poor work, other rivals will talk down of them, and vice versa. They all talk a good game but it’s results that matters. Considering these guys are doing 5k sessions, they will have their own over harvesting cases in the future. What you want is a Dr that’s already a proven quantity with Afro hair and has lots of results. Someone that’s doing hair transplants every day. I have named the best above, just be careful with your valuable/finite donor area.
