    I still think that number of grafts is ridiculous for your loss pattern. Only so many grafts in the bank to deal with future loss. Get more opinions. You seem very smart and reasonable about getting a subtle change rather than something drastic that will not hold the test of time. I don't know your age but years down the road things could progress and you will want some grafts in the bank .

    Do not let the rates ever influence your decision. You can easily tell any doctor that you do not agree to the amount of grafts they suggest. It's your head they work for you. You should at the very least send your pictures to several doctors and compare the responses. 3500 is just an insane amount in my opinion. That zone is maybe 2000 to 2500 for most.

    3500 is ridiculous . Your loss from the pictures doesn't warrant such a number. I think your estimate is more on par to reality. I would consult with several clinics and see what they say.

    Those are some great honest pictures. It's a really nice result. I met with doctor Cooley about a month ago and was really impressed with him. You made a wise choice.

    I was in Dr Cooley's office about a month ago and saw a lot of really fine stand alone procedures of prp results. He has done a ton of research on it and has the information to back it up. Having said that he never tried to sell me on it. In fact he told me I didn't need it. He is a total class act the real deal doesn't try and rip off patients.

    None of us here are qualified to answer about the scarring issue. You will have to be really careful with this. All I will Say is Dr Diep specializes in African American hair and fue. He has done a ton of cases dealing with traction alopecia. Only a doctor can diagnose your scarring and see if you are a candidate. Wish you the best.

    Diep does some amazing fue and it seems he has stepped up his after care and I am happy about that. I always thought his hairlines were some of the best. How many grafts are you going for in October? I do not doubt you will get a great result. My opinion on him has changed. If I were going fue in the states I would chose him over anyone.

    I second that. Go get an evaluation from Doctor Konior. He is about as ethical and honest a surgeon you could ever find.

    I think he is worthy of a look Bill. I have been following him for a while now and he has produced some good work. I think we need to see more of his work to be sure but I would surely like to see more. I know it is hard to contact him as he is in high demand and answers all of his emails personally.
