  1. Could just be heavy use of concealers I suppose, but there was a good few weeks between pics so a month plus with no sun should be adequate... or maybe he didn’t follow doctors orders. It’s heabily rumoured he did have one, and I think looking at the pics it’s highly likely
  2. Taken today, 3 years or so after the last procedure, just to prove it doesn't all just fall out after a couple of years!lol
  3. I'm surprised this hasn't been discussed on here, but what's everyone else opinion on Beckham's hair over the past year? It all started with him growing his hair in a pony tail, which seemed like it was an attempt to hide crown loss At the same time this exposed thinning in the hairline: Later in the year he was pictured with a shaved head, which looked suspiciously red, as though he may have had some work: Following this he was pictured on holiday and displayed considerable thinning, both of the crown and generalised thinning: Soon after theses images appeared in newspapers, he started showing clear signs of heavy use of concealer, with the tell tale powdery, dark reddish hue: Although in this image he seemed to with go without it, or not use as much and thinning could once again be seen: His latest pics IMO still show use of concealer, although things seem to be thickening up again: compare the above image with an image just before he started to grow the ponytail and you can see the hairline is clearly strengthened: Whats peoples thoughts?
  4. I started losing hair at 17! I remember being on the bus home from college, before even being aware myself I had any issues and someone commented on my receding temples! I became acutely aware of it at 18 and grew my hair forward in an attempt to cover it, as it thinned, it became more obvious that it was a bad comb forward! at probably 21 i could no longer hide it and would find myself not going to places where I couldn’t this wear a hat. I even wore a hat in the house to hide it from my parents! At 24, I decided to shave my head to see how it looked, but my hair was so thin at the front that it looked like I had no hair on top and no disearnable hairline. from then up until my first procedure at 26/27 I withdrew socially and wouldn’t go anywhere at all without my hat even though I used concealers every day! looking back I feel I wasted 10 years of my life being so paranoid about my hair. I also used to look at people and friends with hair and experience extreme jealously and ask “why me!?” Looking back now that seems silly, but it affected me that much. at 27/28 after my first hasson procedure it’s no exaggeration to say my life and my confidence completely changed, my hair is now far better than at 18, and I regularly get compliments on my hair, people asking where I get it cut/how I style it etc, no one is aware I had a transplant... not just for the the quality of the work (although that’s a big factor), but also the lengths I would go to to hide my hair loss pre surgery. Now at 38 years of age I have people thinking I’m in my 20’s, and a few months ago I got carded buying alcohol!lol the friends I used to be so jealous of having hair are all now balding to some extent and are now envious of my hair!lol in all it’s no exaggeration to say that if I hadn’t had a HT/‘s then I wouldn’t be where I am in life or as happy as I am because I’d still be as paranoid about my appearance and attempting to hide it and myself away from everyone! Not to sound like an infomercial but Dr. Hasson and his team completely changed my life and I will be forever greatful
  5. Thank you, that’s nice to hear. I dont feel comfortable talking about finances on a public forum, but feel free to inbox me if u have any questions, what I will say is that they are very ethical and fair
  6. Yeah, small sprouts at the 3-4 month mark, noticeably thicker at around 6 and pretty much there at 9ish if I remember correctly
  7. Yeah tbh. There’s always those factors you can’t account for, sometimes it can be down to the physiology of the particular patient. When dealing with the human body there is no garantee with any surgical procedures
  8. @CatsMeow83 thank you, honestly, H&W are worth the extra money, feel free to inbox me as I think I have a couple of insights you may find interesting @Melvin-Moderator thanks mate, right back at you, with where you came from and with FUE only your results are equally as impressive!
  9. Thank you! Tbh I really can’t remember the other procedures growth with regards whether it was continuous or in waves, but my growth didn’t start until 16 weeks usually. With the last procedure, I seemed to get very early growth and was at almost maximum density at 6months
  10. I second this, that’s why I said it reminded me of my hair loss pattern, hopefully with meds you’ll get to keep most of it though
  11. I second this i wasn’t dissimilar to OP, in fact he has a better starting point, I went with hasson and I’m invtedibly happy, here’s some recent pics on this page
  12. At the very least, make sure u see the results in person. It’s easy to make even bad results look good in pics. 2 sessions in 2 days is fairly standard with large sessions. However it’s highly irregular to do 2 sessions 4 mints apart because the hair form the first procedure will have shed and and the new hairs won’t have broken through so there is a massive risk of damage to grafts from the first session. Honestly mate don’t do it, do some research and go with a known entity even if it means delaying the procedure for a few months
  13. You’ve had good advice in this thread, imo you’d be stupid to follow through with this transplant. You’re not going to get a good result with this guy and with your amount of hair loss, every graft counts! Even if you lose your deposit I’d still cancel. People in this thread are giving you solid advice, follow that advice and find a doctor who is likely to give you a good result instead of someone who is likely to give you a sub standard result. Do some research and book someone not based on location, you’ll ultimately regret it
  14. It’ll depend on whether you’re talking about FUE or FUT, also if you’re talking about looking completely normal or just not like you’ve been in a car crash!😂 its far far easier to look normal after FUE, u can do a buzz cut and aside from some redness which you can pass off as sunburn or a reaction to hair dye etc then you should be fine. Also it will be less painful as there is no long incision. slightly different with FUT. if you’re trying to hide the scar/staples you’ll have to keep a bit of length on the sides while the recipient areas get shaved. You’ll basically look like you’ve had the worst hair cut of your life!lol but doug does a good job at giving you a passable hair cut. The other issue with FUT is that it’s more painful due to the size of the incision, staples etc. I’d honestly take a minimal of two weeks off for FUT, at the two week mark you can pass it off as a bad hair cut!lol
  15. Thanks bill, this is an old thread though, the final results are on page 4. The op was done in 2015
  16. Looking at being in Vancouver early 2019, so will call in H&W and have doug do a comb through video to post in this thread along with some high quality pics as people have requested and it’s pretty difficult to do solo with my iPhone!lol
  17. Im a patient of Dr. Hasson, both him and his entire team are exceptional and I have nothing but great things to say about them, my current results are shown towards the bottom of the page on the link below, and I’m blown away by the transformation and the difference he’s made to my life. I’ve had 4 procedures with him, below is my last porcedure
  18. Wow mate, that’s a really really great result, nice density in one pass as well, you must be over the moon!
  19. Another thing that’s not really very easy without a second pair of hands or without showing my face. I’ll get Doug to film a comb through when I make it back to Vancouver. There are plenty of pics up now and I’ve done my best with requests, but there’s just certain things that are hard to document with just myself and an iPhone
  20. Tbh it’s a bit tricky without someone there either holding the comb or taking the pic, but if possible then I’ll post it
  21. Yes mate I think it was pre-2012 if I remember right, but they’ve been done
