  1. Well, you got great results considering, when you hear back let me know. I believe our crowns are similar.
  2. That’s pretty damn impressive. How many grafts did you get in the crown?
  3. Excellent documentation man, wow A+ thank you for taking the time for doing this. It really provides such a great value to our forum.
  4. It’s a big improvement from the last update. At 7 months there’s still a chance it could grow and turn out just as good as the other side. Don’t lose hope. Slow and steady wins the race.
  5. How the heck is this 4 months 🤯 my god, guys like you are the reason us mortals freak out after 4.5 months haha
  6. I’m in the process of editing all the footage, got some great stuff a long with Dr. Gs philosophy. Will post here once it’s done.
  7. The scar is healing well, very excited to see your growth 👍🏼
  8. You may want to reach out to Dr. Cooley https://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/physician/North-Carolina/Jerry-Cooley/4
  9. Absolutely, hair length is very important. The longer it is, the more it layers and covers your scalp. What is thinning? Showing scalp. If you can’t see scalp, no one will know you’re thinning. A loose quote from Dr. Konior.
  10. Yea, it’s easy to speak in hindsight. The situation is vastly different for a 50 year old man than it is a 20 year old.
  11. Either way the culprit was the fin, could I have lowered the dose? Yes. Would it have resolved the sides? Who knows. too late to know now.
  12. I’m interested to see how your hair looks a little longer and dry, bet it looks 10x better.
  13. It can be both, I don’t think there can be absolutes. But a recent example was @Cahustler he disappeared after 5 months and everyone was asking for updates. I believe most thought his results we’re gonna be bad. Turns out he was busy and his results were amazing. He’s not as active anymore, because he has a case of the tinder fingers haha his HT has allowed him more success in that department. Recently, another case @memzinla he stopped posting for 4 years. Someone bumped his thread, and he reappeared happy. These are cases where I can say for certain. The ladder I haven’t seen. It could be due to refunds and NDA’s. But in my opinion those are few and far between. Most clinics do not issue refunds, to get a refund that’s rare. What would keep someone unhappy without a refund from posting anonymously?
  14. How is that possible. I know there are situations where surgeons make patients sign an NDA in exchange for a refund. But before surgery, why would anyone consent to that.
  15. No, I brought it up because the way he cut his hair could be used to conceal an FUT.
  16. No, it’s the opposite. You should assume it went good. Usually unhappy patients come back and look for other options. Happy ones forget about hair loss and our site 😭
  17. I reached out to Dr. Bicer, she has confirmed that the cost is different, because manual is more labor intensive for her, as she’s the one who does all extractions.
  18. Exogenous androgens will speed up hair loss. Transplanted hair is DHT resistant not DHT proof. Especially hairs taken from the fringe of the safe donor area. I agree with Matt, stay natty.
  19. As most of you know, we request the input from our community and our recommended physicians before we approve any surgeon for a recommendation. We ask you to review the below information about Dr. Özlem Biçer and her results and to post a reply with your opinion. You can also message us privately if you prefer. Dr. Bicer has been posting some impressive results on our forum for the past two months. Her patients have nothing but positive things to say about her and her staff. We have seen some incredible patient transformations over the past year to say the least. We are now considering her for a potential recommendation- this requires that she meet our high and demanding community standards of performing ultra-refined follicular unit grafting with good growth and results consistently. Our recommendations differ from any other on the internet because of our open and transparent process of vetting. Our recommended physicians must be willing to operate transparently and be held publicly accountable, knowing that their patients may come to our forum and review them at any point in time. We use the collective knowledge and input of the entire community, including senior forum members, past patients, and our highly-esteemed physicians. It is not one person or one overseer approving any one surgeon. Why we Feel Dr. Bicer is worthy of recommendation. Dr. Ozlem Bicer graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine in the University of Trakya, located in Turkey in 1998. After completing her surgical training and medicine from the University of Trakya, she became certified to treat hair loss and to perform hair transplantation by the Health Ministry of the Turkish Republic. Dr. Bicer has a full-time exclusive hair restoration practice –Dr. Bicer Clinic, based out of Istanbul, Turkey. Dr. Bicer firmly believes that hair transplant surgeons should be involved in every step of the surgical process as it is a serious medical procedure. Dr. Bicer is involved in every step of the process, from the consultation to the monitoring of graft implantation. She has a staff of medically trained specialized nurses who assist with placing the grafts. She has a multi-lingual staff fluent in Italian, German, French, and English. Dr. Bicer Surgical Protocol Dr. Bicer takes an individual approach to each surgery. She devises a long-term plan for each of her patients, taking into account their present and future goals. Dr. Bicer believes in providing excellent results that stand the test of time. She devises the surgical plan, designs the hairline, performs Follicular Unit Excisions, and creates all of the recipient sites. Dr. Bicer does one procedure a day, even if she has the capacity to do two procedures. Dr. Bicer prefers to provide her undivided attention to one patient from beginning to end. One factor that separates Dr. Bicer from other physicians is that she does not accept any patient who is unwilling to follow up with her regularly for twelve months. Even if her patients live in different parts of the globe, she wants to be involved and monitor their progress each month. Dr. Bicer performs FUT, FUE, longhair FUE, and BHT. Although she hasn't performed FUT in quite some time, she does offer it in her clinic.
