  1. I guess my point is, even guys with no visible sign could benefit from getting on meds to stop their hairline from maturing a lot.
  2. Oh I agree, but imagine if he would’ve been on preventive medication, he’d probably still look the same hair wise.
  3. Like many, I’ve been watching the Amber Heard and Johnny Depp trial. I received a recommended video from Johnny when he was young, my god what a luscious head of hair. At 50+ years he’s definitely showing signs of hair loss. Even guys with fantastic heads of hair in their 20’s would benefit from preventive medication. Thoughts?
  4. Have you cleaned the area at all? Looks like you haven't been cleaning very well.
  5. You're researching the wrong way. Look at results first, then remove doctors that are out of your budget. If necessary, you may need to save some more money to go to the right surgeon.
  6. You're researching the wrong way. Instead of asking who is the best and has the best results, you're focusing on money. Choose based on results, and then you can start to remove surgeons out of your budget, or you may realize you need to save a little more money. Never shop for surgery like you're buying a car, this is your head we're talking about.
  7. Min/Fin don't lose efficacy, they don't completely stop hair loss, they slow it down.
  8. Shock loss may still be around at 5 months. I’m a bit confused by the series of pictures. The patchy pictures are those recent pictures?
  9. Man I’m sorry you’re struggling with this, did you ever try the straightener?
  10. Yes I stopped due to side effects. I would advise most to try it first, but I would most certainly go with topical version.
  11. Feel free to check out our list of recommendations in the UK or anywhere in the world below https://hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons
  12. I have had 4 HT's now and I don't take finasteride, nor did I take finasteride when I started my journeys. However, I will be trying the topical version. Back when I had my first HT in 2014 topical finasteride didn't exist, unless you had it compounded for a ton of money at a pharmacy.
  13. Be careful believing that any doctor is performing magic. There’s no doubt Cuoto is skilled, but at the end of the day. A surgeon is only as good as the donor and scalp they have to work with. No one has a magic wand to produce more hair. I think you have done some good research. Usually, you should have a good feeling of who would meet your goals after the in person consultation.
  14. Are you talking about the hair at the incision scar? Or recipient?
  15. I think its looking good. Your hair is quite short, you would benefit from growing it out a few more inches.
  16. You’re comparing a temple that has already started to shed. It should look patchy once you start shedding, best to compare graft placement photos, which show good density.
  17. @DrTBarghouthi I know you created a video for Instagram. Perhaps you can link it here.
