  1. Fair enough, I think the scar in the front is really the thing that you struggle with the most? Sorry to misuse the thread, but I really don't get why the doctor did the "Strip" in the front of your head, was this something like a forehead reduction?
  2. I know mate, I was watching your video with the baldcafe guy and understand the struggle, had 5200 FUT and 2600 FUE grafts. I planning to get the scar filled up with FUE and maybe a SMP afterwards into the Donor. IHMO the SMP does a great job on you, are you not happy with the camouflage?
  3. As I said this is my point of view: I don’t think a second Transplantation will ease out the problems, that I mentioned about the thinning hair look, especially in the crown. It will always be a illusion of density and it’s hard to fulfill the illusion as it goes all over the head. karl is on another boat, he still has thin hair but it looks age appropriate. I was once thinking like you @Melvin- Moderator but my mind hat shifted. Not attacking anyone, also sitting in the same boat, this is just a personal preference and what I as a individual think is aesthetic.
  4. Not a huge fan. FOR ME: A shaved clean head looks mostly always better than a balding head of hair. Eugenix did a good job on him, but with that degree of baldness and the extensive use of body hair grafts, I think it looks unnatural, especially the transition between transplanted hair and existing hair. People who are getting bald in a very young age, including me, seems to be traumatised by loosing their hair and they want it back at all costs. But sometimes I wonder if a transplanted Norwood 6+ does really help the patients appearance. Looking at Eugenix NW 0-4 cases, I am really impressed, but higher than that, I don’t know… Another good example is gatsby, this guy looks so good with the shaved head, I am not convinced of the hair cut he wears today after the transplant, as he looks balding now and this just makes him look older. BUT this is just my point of view others might think different. PS: Bandit has so great facial features, I really appreciate his look with a shaved head. If the scars from the FUE are not that visible or treatable with SMP, I would just rock that look and be happy about the extra stubbles Eugenix gave me
  5. True words, I was a Norwood 5 with 23 already and it hit me hard, so I can really relate. I would rather have had alopecia areata, than MPB. Hair transplant journey with a high Norwood is no fun at the end: Spending thousands of dollars to end up with scars and thin hair.It never ends… Nevermind… This guy has good facial features, and he can still do a lot to level up his appearance.
  6. I feel sorry for this dude, but my honest adivce to him would be: 1. SHAVE IT OFF! 2. Get the beard in shape 3. Loose some weight He would be in a much better position than now. I fear that MEDS + Hair transplant would more harm his appearance instead of improve it, as it will look sparse as hell.
  7. fear mongering is one thing, sharing my experience is another. I can share the pictures and describe the symptoms. I didn’t went to the ER, but this is my decision. Would it be better to not share my experience at all, do I need to see a doctor and get a certificate before posting?
  8. Thank you 🙏 I think people get more distracted than it helps… The swelling in the face has now subsided, unfortunately I have swelling in my legs and feet. Just went on the scale, I put on 4kgs more on weight in the last 3 days.
  9. Well, a placebo/nocebo swollen face is something new for me, can you elaborate? If you rely to my testicular pain observations with fin, I think they are real. I am taking much stronger meds than FIN like CPA(Androcur) and Estrofem, which brings my T down to zero and I am not complaining about any sides.
  10. Dr Muresanu didn't actually shared the Grafts/cm² count with me. And it's hard to guess, as Dr.Mursanu is not only implanting in the areas of loss but even in those which could fall out later (which I personally see as a downside). HLC told me that the Hairline was like 30 grafts/cm² and that they are somewhat of miniturized, as the follicles were thinner as in the donor.... They added 30grafts/cm² in the front and also in the crown. I think the biggsest problem in my case is the ultra fine hair.
  11. I hate doctors and especially ERs with a passion, I even didn't go to a doc with serious burn injuries for days. This is something on me and what I decide. You seem a little upset to me, for me there are clear signs between the intake of oral minox and the symptoms. That's why I drop the drug and share some 'warning'. Take it or leave it
  12. Well, it's so hard for me to see the reality these days. My result is looking different in every mirror and light condition, going from a full head of hair to a guy with some strand of hair on the bold head. This is driving me f*ckin crazy! Ordered a new Iphone to make some vids in daylight and see what the result currently looks like, or like other people see me. If it looks like in the image, I think I should be good with a SMP and eventually a donor repair....
  13. Your post is fair, I just can share my story. I see the correlation nothing else.
  14. Strip: Dr.Sever and a cooperative Doctor (Not Laura) Incisions: Laura Implantation: Nurses HLC recommended me to get SMP in the scar or try with beard hair, but due to color difference, they don't recommend it. I am actually in contact with Samuel Troonen for SMP, and also add density all over the head. Still deciding about it....
