Based on the updated photos, I wouldn’t say the hairline is good, but it’s acceptable. It’s definitely not a botch-job. I looked back at the first page, and it’s an improvement from before without a doubt. It would be better for us to examine if you could post some before photos. So the rest of the community can judge themselves.

I appreciate criticism, I’m not perfect, but when you say “I can’t speak to you, you’re too biased towards the clinic.” That’s not a critique, that’s an accusation. Can you post before pictures too?

It definitely looks better than the previous month in terms of density.

Definite improvement, you can see the hairs are lighter, so many more months left to thicken and improve.

It’s possible some of the hair has thinned. But it’s most likely you’ve lost your native hair. You can do a partial hair system. Transplant just the front with a toupee in the back.

Digi, I have been very tolerant towards you, even though you have thrown digs at me, no pun intended. But it stops now. I have been completely objective from the start. The temple points look bad, I have said that from the start. I can only speak on the pictures you’ve posted. Maybe it looks worse than the pictures. That is why I said “based on the photos presented here.” I have no bias towards this clinic. I would say the same thing if the clinic wasn’t recommended. Refer to @EvansLawrence thread. HLC has zero affiliation with us, but I have to stay objective. I can’t just say it’s a complete “botch-job” if that’s not what I’m seeing through pictures. So how about you present some better updated photos, to show us the reality. Multiple angles with before and after comparisons. I cannot change my view simply because you’re unhappy. However, I can change my view based on photographic facts.

I think the second package that’s $1.66 per graft with Dr. Priya is better IMO.

Refinement refers to hair placement, graft selection and overall appearance. In my opinion, the cheaper places may give decent density, but the refinement lacks. Watch this video, three excellent surgeons, three excellent outcomes that are consistent. It’s a fallacy to start shopping around like your shopping for cars. The best in the world charge a premium for a reason.

Believe me there’s a big difference in the doctors you’ve mentioned in terms of growth, refinement and quality. You’re getting surgery, it’s not like shopping for a TV, this is your head we’re talking about.

There are several factors to unpack. Outdoor vs. indoor, facing light vs. facing away from light. Graft placement, and whether multiples were placed in the hairline. All of these factors will affect the overall appearance. indoor Outdoor directly facing light Outdoor not directly in sun

What type of medication? Have you considered switching? Perhaps it might be worthwhile to consider topical dutasteride. You have diffuse hair loss which is difficult. If you get on proper medication, you could potentially get regrowth in the crown and midscalp, significantly lowering the number of grafts you need.

Belly hair is not the same as chest hair.

Honestly, do nothing. Doing nothing is never a bad choice. If you can’t afford a good surgeon. Don’t do it, much better to shave it costs nothing.

I think some of are you are confusing what I said, let me be clear. Never ever did I say the temple points we’re good. In fact, I said they were bad on multiple occasions. I can only go based off the photos in this thread, but to me, the hairline itself isn’t bad. I believe it’s an acceptable outcome. Again, based off the photos presented here. I’m not referring to the temple points at all.
