Deciding to go to Eugenix Delhi
540Oak replied to Karn's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Keeping my fingers crossed for you dude 🤞! Where in Canada are you? Being a fellow desi I would say Brampton but then that would be presumptuous 😁. Incidently I moved to Brampton in 1986! I moved out in 2001..- 40 replies

Dazed??
-
thanks Paddy on the feedback on the further miniaturization hair. To clarify what I mean is that in a worst case scenario, if I got further loss. Of course, given the choice I would love to have a "mane" of hair into my 90's 😊

thank you Melvin! thank you, yes I suspect older men need to be on Finasteride to retain their new "locks" long term! thanks for your reply!

thanks for the insight Phil. Ironically I got rejected by a clinic in Turkey of all places! TBH when I sent them my pics, my hair dresser just washed my hair just before putting the "system" back on. So it was very wet and hadnt even been toweled dried plus the close up made it look much thinner that it was. More recently H&W said they could do it for me and Eugenix (which seems to specialize in later stage NW's) said that I was a good candidate. I have pretty good donor hair.. All good points about NC and SS. I think my dentist friend also had his done over 10 years ago..

Hi HT Members.. While I am doing some serious digging on a HT, I wanted to get your feedback and opinion.. I saw a picture of Wayne Rooney on my phone post HT and it looked like he was losing it again but when I searched Google for 2020 pictures I could not find anything. His hair still looked good so maybe it was just click-bait. But that did got me to thinking. Initially I explored SMP BC I was told I was not a good candidate for a HT before I saw @paddyirishman and @Zoomster results.I have seen a number of folks getting SMP partly to cover up the scars. Also I have friend who HT is ok at best but I think he got his done a while ago. Why do some HT's fail or start to look really bad? I mean look at Nicolas Cage or Steve Segal and these guys almost unlimited resources! In these cases it's better to bite the bullet and go bald or SMP. Thoughts, opinions? PS TBH I am 50 so if I can get a decent HT and it last's into my mid to late 60's I am ok with being bald at that stage in life..

I think you got a great result BuddyX I checked out some of your videos. They were very well done..Congrats on a successful journey. Are staying on the meds? Subscribing to the thread and channel🤙🙂. I am looking to take the plunge next year, watching your video's I just may document my entire journey..but then I'll need to reveal to entire world I wear a "piece" world being work colleagues and staff...oh boy 😧 -
You are most welcome Zoom, like I said it looks awesome! You look 10 years younger and you've given others of the same age and position hope! It's very brave to do this considering at our age and previous feedback on being a NW6. There isnt alot left like the young guys in their 30's so it's much riskier for us. So bravo! BTW I had the exact same experience and that from a clinic in Turkey of all places! As side note, the clinic in Ireland looked like they would have butchered you, left you with scars and ink on your head, fuckin disaster if you ask me. Shame on a clinic, preying on someone like that and then make a killing in $$$ while doing it! FUT just doesnt sit well with me...when I do get the HT and if it fails, at least I know I can get SMP done and cover up the "plugs", well as best as possible... Look forward to seeing your one year results!

Hi Zoomster, all I can say is WOW WOW WOW! In my current state (without the hairpiece) I am in the exact same position as you. I just turned 50 and am a NW6 and and have good donor hair. I have been wearing this for over 25 years now but am fed up with the maint and sometimes it doesnt look too good. I had until recently lost all hope and was going to go with SMP. then I started seeing the HT coming out of Turkey and now India. I wrote Turkey off my list with all the risks and lack of regulation but then I discovered Eugenix. Your and @paddyirishman results have made me realize that it is not to late for me to have a hairline suitable for my age. thanks so much for posting this..I am going to show it my wife who think's I am dreaming of doing something about my hair. Eugenix told me that they can easily do 5500 grafts. With the current situation, I will likely wait until next year. Your results are awesome and suits your age! Look forward to the updates!

Hi Paddyirishman! This is a great read and you have pretty good results. Like you I am NW6 but I wear a hairpiece and have done for almost 25 years. I'm sick of it now..I was seriously considering SMP but then I starting see results like yours and thought hell, I still have a shot at a decent result. So I have been seriously thinking about a HT from Eugenix. I've already reached out to them and have a quote..Your posting solidified what I've been thinking. Just need to find the courage to do it now!

540Oak replied to Traxxer's topic in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP)
Yes, Scalp Aesthetics quoted my $4k do my NW7..but the person I saw it still looked like tattooed dots..maybe BC she was doing it when I got there but I wasn't overly impressed... I am considering India (as I am Indian) but I need to see some clinics samples. I also want to visit India anyway.. As a side note I am looking for a shading as I posted above.. this one looks pretty good as well..This persons turned out really good too.. -
