  1. Would love to see the result so far (being a Cinik patient myself). Hopefully everything is going so well you don't have time to think about the forum
  2. Shuriken, I tell you the next 10 days things will really start to ramp up! 10 days ago to now I'm amazed in just the change so far! Also I love the hairline design you got! Can't wait to see it! Have you noticed much growth rate difference between your hairline and crown? Thanks Justin! It certainly is lining up nicely there, now just need the left to start catching up! Haha! Home- Good to know i'll give it a shot! Thanks!
  3. Looking great! Can't wait to see over the next few months your progress! Already looks great!
  4. Day 85! I swear I have the fastest growing hair on the planet sometimes! Not going to shave down to a 0 guard for a while now. Going to probably grow it out for a little bit as the hairs seem to be sprouting through more and more! Will post again at day 90 and see how things are changing. The thin whispy hairs are getting thicker and longer! It's crazy to see how much is changing daily! Does anyone have any recommendations for the pimples and how to prevent too many appearing?
  5. Hi, I found that using fractioned coconut oil helped a ton with the redness as well as moisturizing the scalp! Not to forget coconut oil is a great anti-inflammatory/bacterial and helps fight bacteria. Keep us posted on how everything goes after the next few weeks.
  6. 1000 mg every other day. Not much but anymore and I break out in cysts.
  7. Here are todays photos! Day 80! Almost 3 months! Wow time really has flown by! I've attached photos with and without flash to help give perspective. Right now I am seeing more and more little guys sprout through, redness is almost completely gone in the recipeitnet area, donor area still a little pink but nothing crazy!
  8. Wheretogo, I don't take too much biotin due to it causing me to break out. I think as long as you find a good balance then stick with it love the idea of wheatgrass! I start my day with lemon water and 16oz of celery juiced. Great for digestion and absorption of minerals. Jim, thanks for checking it out and welcome! Haha me too! I'm post an update probably this weekend. Shaved again down to a #0 on the donor area and trimmed the recipient with scissors.
  9. Rinaldi, congratulations on booking! It will go well mate. I amazed how quickly i have become accustomed to having hair where it wasn't before. Looking at old pictures makes me cringe more as I can clearly see the balding areas! Spalding, congrats as well! I was super nervous and didn't really sleep that well the night before...too much excitement. But it was worth it so far. I don't even think about my hair that often in the sense of wondering if it looks bad. It's funny how I look like I'm balding more so due to the random hair growth but I just have so much more confidence knowing that it's going to be better. Also seeing hair on my hairline is amazing! Good luck with your ops guys! Wishing you all the best!!
  10. Hey r5000, From my experience so far yes, but it's still early days to recommend based off my results. Things seem to be happening so I'm hoping for a knockout result!
  11. Thanks Mick! Maybe I'll rock the short hair once everything grows in thicker! I'm just looking forward to having some options on styling my hair! Yours looks like it's coming along great, hopefully I get to see the same increase in growth as you did pretty quickly! It's funny, everytime I catch my hair in different lighting and at different angles I see more and more hairs! Now time for them to get healthy and get some pigmentation!
  12. Looking great! It's amazing to see how 1 month can make such a difference, you're on the right track and must be excited!! Happy growing!
  13. Hey guys and gals, I'm approx day 70 today! Not too much has changed except more pimples and little hairs sprouting through! Redness is almost fully gone (minus the pimples).Donor area looks amazing at this length! Really impressed how well it's covered. I am tempted to shave my head down to a 0 guard again as I think the next 2 weeks I should start to see alot of change. Looks like I'm getting there, just a game of waiting patiently now! I did trim the hairs last night with scissors as the transplanted hairs seem to be growing at a crazy rate! It's funny, looking back at all the photos encourages me that so much has changed over the past few weeks alone! I'm starting to look more "human" haha!
  14. Hitherehair, I thibj think the mid portion may be the rest around the hairline is transplanted. As I didnt have any hair there befote. Your scalp must feel a lot of relief now the staples are out! Looking good though!
  15. Dude that looks incredible! Don't worry the shed phase sucks, I think I finished mine a week or so ago (7 weeks) but it's funny I am at the point that although my hair looks the worst it's ever looked I am much more confident in the sense that I don't care how it looks! Happy growing man. Keep us posted!
  16. Hey Dany, There is a possibility that the non-transplanted hairs will go into shock loss and you may lose those hairs, however they typically grow back after a few months. On a side note to everyone, I have quite a few hairs that did not fall out during the ugly duckling phase, is this normal? They seem to be growing in length and I trim them every week. Hoping that they are healthy and just anchored earlier.
  17. I'm not sure I know the difference. They are long and white so I am assuming they are my new hairs growing through without pigmentation just yet.
  18. Hey guys!!! Day 62/63! Since the last post my head has exploded with even more tiny white foliccles that are growing in length!! I didn't notice until my wife pointed it out in a specific light and boom! Well a lot of little white hairs have pushed through! Although the close up looks kinda gross I am super excited to see them! Welcome to your new home little guys! Now it's time to grow strong and healthy! I can't wait to post more as more starts to happen!! Happy growing all! The camera doesn't even capture all the hairs I see but progress is progress!!
  19. WOW! This is incredible!! So thick and natural looking! Congratulations, I would say that you wouldn't even need a 2nd procedure at this point, but understand we're our own worst critics so do what you need to make you happy buddy!
  20. Ah! That's because of the coconut oil you might be using. Fractioned coconut oil is processed differently and is already melted at room temp. It seems to be less oily and more absorbent when it comes into contact with the skin. I personally use DoTerra's version but there are several out there. Also I only use about 20 drops or so
  21. Everyone grows at different rates. I think you are coming along nicely just try not to focus on it. Things really start happening around the 4-6 month mark from everything I've looked at. Stay patient it'll happen
  22. Hi Scorpio, I went with Dr. Cinik but am just shy of 2 months, so don't have much to update in terms of final out put. I would recommend him based on my current experience, but also recommend Dr. Koray Edrogan or Dr. Keser too! It sounds like you've done some research on everyone as much as possible. Curious where you came up with your list?
  23. Hi Johnny, I actually do both. I use coconut oil in my smoothie each morning but also apply about 20 drops of Fractioned Coconut Oil (not the edible form) on my head after the shower in the morning and in the evening when I head to bed. I also mix it with a 1-2 drops of essential oils each (Tea Tree, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, and Frankincense). Already seeing a lot of white nape like hairs growing through everywhere (But you have to catch them in the right light haha)
