  1. 8 + 1/2 months! Not much has changed really except for the length of hair haha! Still hoping that the area on the top of my head thickens up soon, if not at least I am able to style to cover it, not that it's a massive area but I'm a perfectionist sometimes haha! What I can say for sure though, is I am loving being able to walk in the wind, or get our of the pool/ocean and not worry about how I look. Confidence booster for sure!
  2. Thank you HG1, how are you coming along?
  3. Do any of the mods know what happened to my photos? They all seem to have broken links!
  4. 8 months! Still a lot more thickening and the transplanted hairs are becoming more manageable to style. No paste or toppik, just natural shots for the update Meeting with Dr. Cinik in Sept/Oct when he comes out to LA for a convention. Will be able to sit down with him and get an idea of how much more I have to grow and talk about some of the sparse areas . Overall though I am through the roof with the results so far!!
  5. Hi All! Sorry been crazy busy and I have been enjoying my new hair! I just got a haircut but took some photos prior to cut. All photos have no concealer in them, only hair promade for style. As you can see there is an area that I am a little nervous about as it seems to be growing slower, but I spoke to Dr. Cinik, who told me to keep in touch with him, but we're only 7 months into the hair transplant and I should hold off worrying for a few months until we hit the 12 month mark. I'm extremely happy but would like a little more density (greed I know). Seeing as I am just over 7 1/2 months I am confident that more will come through over the next few months. With that said I can certainly see that there is more growth from the last month, so that is encouraging
  6. Looking great man! Congrats!! ?
  7. Thanks hauntedhawk! Fjavierm- no problem and I feel like a completely different person and my confidence is overwhelming just getting out of the pool/ocean or when the wind blows, I don't have any concerns how my hair looks!
  8. I would say follow Dr. Instructions but also add fraction coconut oil daily to massage scalp and help prevent dry skin. Avoid sun exposure for a month or so more, wear a hat if you're outside and exposed to the elements. Diet, I'm a big believer that the cleaner the didt, the better the results (no artificial or added sugars, no grains, more veggies and fruit). And most importantly relax and let it take its time to grow.
  9. It very well could be. I had the same whispy hairs growing around the 2 month mark. Fingers crossed for you ?
  10. 7 month mark (shy 1 day) WOW! So much has changed, I just got a trim on the back and sides (#3) and kept the length on top. More is thickening up, and some areas still are behind but are growing. It truly is amazing to see past photos and what is different between pre-transplant and during the growth! You can see some areas from the top view are still slightly sparse, but viewing from last month so much has grown, I guess it's true that even more growth/density is to be expected during 6-18 months. Can't wait to see the final result! :)
  11. Hi Rod, He charges €2090. His prices are directly on his website.
  12. Thank you all! I'm very excited to have this amount of hair just under 7 months, doesn't mean there aren't some areas that need improving. Next week i'll get some wet shots, dry shots (without paste) and with paste to show the difference, but so far I am happy! I think now I am having the hair greed, where I want more and more haha!
  13. Hey Arto, You're in the worst/best stage, Worst because all the follicles jump ship but best because when they start to come back in it's so exciting! You'll have a rollercoaster of emotions over the next few months, but by month 6 you should start seeing some amazing progress and then it just gets better and better each week from there! Hard as it may be, try not to keep looking in the mirror and stressing about the growth, it'll happen and don't compare your results to others, everyone grows at different rates. Good luck and happy growing!
  14. Hi all! I am now at 6 months and 3 weeks, (203 days)! I thought my hair was looking good a few weeks ago but it seems to be exploding even more and more! Some of the areas I was concerned about are starting to thicken up, now it's a waiting game for even more to thicken So far though I am loving the new hair and it's getting me a lot more auditions, hooray!! I am able to style it with a little paste now! I still keep catching myself in the mirror and am amazed how different having hair makes me look! Still growing it out because why not now that I have the option to :)!
  15. There's the growth! Much more noticeable progress this month!
  16. You're in the fun stage now, should start seeing some little guys sprouting over the next few months! Enjoy the ride
  17. Fantastic results! Love the hairline! You must be over the moon for 6 months! Congrats!
  18. Thank you Hg, whereti, and rawker. I'm still just at 6 months and there is certainly alot of room for improvement but so far I'm pretty excited!!
  19. Thank you John! Applied just a little Badger Pomade. I use a ph balanced 5.5' shampoo and conditioner, sometimes I will use an essential oil conditioner. But stoked that it's starting to take shape!!
  20. Here's some stylized photos taken in natural light, no concealer, no photoshop editing. This is the first time In a while I got to do a shoot and I'm loving my hairline!! It looks crazy thick!! Had a photographer buddy come over to take some shots and see whether I'm ready to get some new headshots...I'd say I'm pretty much ready. Everything looks so natural and full! I over the moon right now!
  21. Hg1- your progress is coming along swimmingly as well! Fingers crossed for even more density as time progresses! I can see a lot of miniaturized hairs, just waiting for them to take pigment and thicken up now! I have mainly singles in my hair line with the occasional double/multi, but to me doesn't look out the ordinary. I'm just really looking forward to beinf able to style it properly lol! Thanks wheretogo! Yeah 2 months changed so much, I would even say the difference you notice between 2 weeks is drastic. I'll be growing it Longer for sure!! How's yours coming along?

  23. 6 months is here! (Officially by physical day count) wow has the time blown by so quickly! It's insane to think how much has changed in the past few months! Attached are some photos of my hair so far- dry, wet, and close up. You'll see in the close up that there are some areas that are still pending density but I have high hopes that they will be coming through soon! But in comparison to where I was to now, it's completely different! I've slacked on taking my saw palmetto and multi vitamins pills the last few weeks but plan on taking them again soon. Looking forward to the next few months and hopefully even more density in the areas that are a little behind. But My hairline has certainly thickened up even more so! Onwards and upwards hair! I want to start styling you soon!!
  24. Hi Markee, So far I'm very happy, there a few areas that seem to be lagging behind, but I'm hoping that it's just early days and the hairs are still coming through! It'll be 6 months in 2 days so I'll post some photos then as an update In regards to the other forums, I don't think I mention on the site but if you Google italian hair loss forums and dr Cinik forum the results pop up there. There are a few threads on this site too. No his actual site doesn't have the most pictures to go through. Hope that helps man!!
  25. That's looking great John! Love the style you went with too! Here's hoping for even more growth for the both of us!
