I don't know where ur getting the first two names as GREAT surgeons or clinics. U clearly haven't done much research if ur listing those two clowns as ur top picks! Stay off the Real self crap and Instagram. Bottom line is THIS forum is where u should be looking for a HT surgeon. Gabel is ok and so is Diep but they will rape u in fees. Diep I would consider a Top HT doctor tho. Gabel I would not. Erdogan is the best period. Second best imo would be Dr. Maras from HDC..... Although Vorhies in SC is pretty dam good too and reasonably priced for a US doctor. Mohebi is a good pick if looking to do large body hair transplant otherwise not even close to a TOP pick. Most of US doctors rape their patients with outrageous fees. Not because they have outrageous malpractice insurance either like many claim. They're just greedy. Dr. Nader in Mexico I would also put up there as the TOP HT Doctor. He doesn't get a lot of attention and doesn't do much advertising but he is extremely CHEAP and VERY GOOD! Most ppl dont want to travel outside the US and therefore settle on someone decent here in the states. There are great surgeons here but u will pay 2-3x as much money and get no better results. For something that will last u a lifetime DECENT isn't really what u should be looking for.

Asmed has been in business for 15 years so ur experience doesn’t mean much apparently and Asmed isn’t one of the clinics that Techs performs MOST of the procedure but they certainly do perform a LOT of the procedure and his Techs are top notch!

Its not a Tattoo. It will fade over time and if u dont like it then dont re-do it but none of the SMP's are designed to be forever so its a temporary option. Like it. Re-do it. Dont like it dont re-do it. Pretty much that simple.

Looks like u have about 2500-3500 viable grafts not including beard and or chest which could yield u another 2500 likely. I would consider SMP as well as that can give the illusion of more density. U look like a fine candidate to me.

Lol listen, I've been here a long time on this forum and seen many who have experienced Negative side effects as well as many who have not. I went "Limp" about (5) days in on Fin so yes it can affect ppl negatively I agree 100% but the fact is its been around new for like (25) years now and millions of ppl do NOT have side effects and works great for them. The lucky ones no doubt. Buddy of mine been on it for (12) years and literally halted his hair loss. I wasn't so lucky and neither were u apparently. Bottom line is it works miracles for some and pure poison for others. Anyone with a computer can complete a Google search for Fin and see what the possible side effects are. They don't need you or anyone else pressuring them on the side effects and possible dangers. No ones life is on the line here state ur opinion and move on, ur being a little dramatical!

But if u go to Asmed or Bisigna ur getting ur head worked on by them most of the time but doesnt mean "Techs" aren't Highly Skilled!!!

it was toxic to me. when it shuts down my sex drive for months after only taking a few weeks its nothing I would come near again. im not the only one who has experienced long time sexual side effects from this drug. some even report that it takes years to get back their sex drive if ever. just because some dont have side effects doesnt mean others wont. of course it works for some of it would have never been FDA approved but if someone wants to roll the dice with that stuff thats their choice. I would never recommend it to anyone and have been asked by friends in the past what I thought and I tell them my own PERSONAL experiences.

I dont see it as an issue. the artistic holes are already made and the grafts are already extracted.

I think id be looking for a new HT doctor if techs were performing extractions and slit placements. what am I paying for then? im not paying to have some great doctor put his name behind my HT. im paying for THAT doctor to actually perform the HT. im sure certain clinics have techs that are far more skilled then other techs in other clinics but personally I would get up and either demand the doctor performs the extractions and makes the artistic slits for grafts to be placed or leave and request my money back. I would have no issue with a tech placing grafts in my head AFTER the doctor extracted them and made slits but no way in hell is someone gonna learn on my head like a patient who just posted a recent thread learned the hardway.....:rolleyes: go learn on someone elses head.

the patient needs another 3000 grafts. thats not much of an improvement imo. its thin and the temples and crown are still bald.

either the photos presented dont tell the whole story or those results are poor. I really dont see any improvement in his hairline.

more great work from Dr. Bhatti. no reason more and more ppl are flying to India to see him. excellent results with the best pricing anywhere. thats a win-win for the patient who desires FUE. I could really care less what he says or doesnt say on his website or anywhere else for the matter. what matters is patient RESULTS and the RESULTS are as good as anyone performing FUE these days. when one can pay less then $3k for almost 2400 FUE grafts its a no-brainer. these doctors around here charging $8-10 a graft is almost comical.

STAY AWAY FROM THOSE BUTCHERS! there are hundreds if not thousands of better doctors to chose from. close ur eyes and pick ANY of the recommended doctors here and ull be in better hands. good HT doctors are in business because of word of mouth NOT infomercials selling a load of BS!

I would have to agree with this Dr. Vories. the graft placement is really poor and spaced way too far apart. it looks like 1st generation plugs. it really is some of the worst FUE work I have seen in many years by any clinic. can you explain why the grafts were placed so far apart from each other in the hairline? I get it if it was back towards the top of the head and you or whoever was doing the placement might want to conserve grafts if they were limited but the hairline is not the place for that to occur. or do you find that black patients grafts are placed further apart then ur average white patient for some reason? im just trying to find some reason how you could look at that patients head after it was done and be satisfied and essentially put ur name it as the patient walks out the door. everyone understands that not every patient is going to have grafts that grow for a number of reasons but the inital placement of being so far away from each other would only serve to HELP the grafts grow not hurt the grafts grow. and if someone is coming to you to have a HT the patient should expect YOU to perform the placement of grafts and not ur assistant. we all get that tech's and others perform some of the other procedures not necessarily vital to the outcome but graft placement should be done by YOU and YOU only unless the patient is aware and agrees to have someone else place them. can you elaborate on this?

how much research have you really done? there are far better choices out there.
