    • During my consultation, Dr. Zarev told he made a test with some doctors but when they understood the amount of work needed and the rigor it required, they ran away !!🤣  @GeneralNorwood Yes there is still an advantage but the demand is so important that the gap is closing between the regular and off schedule. Of course they are still first in case of a cancellation but as mentioned the waiting list is so big haha. I'll have my surgery in 6 months more or less, so I'm excited ! And got an awesome consultation price.😍
    • Any tips on getting in touch with Dr. Nader? I've tried all the suggestions including follow up emails, PDFs, calling etc and I haven't had a response. Would love to know if you had any thoughts. Thank you!
    • Happy growing. You are an interesting case with a huge area to cover. Eugenix clinic is one the best choices for cases like yours, so you should get a good first result. You will need another one hair transplant though.
    • Your donor area does look to have some challenges (though some pictures present a better story). What I would say is that graft estimates of close to 4,000 seem to me to be much to high for you. Afro hair has some unique challenges when it comes to extraction - not all clinics are particularly adept or experienced with that hair type. However, the good news is that you can often get a bit more bang for your buck in terms of coverage from a smaller number of grafts. Your donor might not have 4000 grafts available but if you can revise your expectations and goals, opt for something quite conservative you might get away with a number much closer to 3000 grafts (or even slightly less). If you typically keep your hair fairly short as in the pictures, a smaller and more conservative surgery in combination with something like SMP might get you pretty close to where you'd want to be, but you do have to think about future loss down the line. Curious to know which clinics you'd spoken to and received evaluations from?
    • This is going to be a very interesting case indeed! I'm looking forward to seeing how this one goes - you've had a lot of grafts removed from a struggling donor area but we've seen Eugenix produce the goods in such cases several times before and it's always very satisfying seeing someone get a big turnaround from a difficult starting point. Will be following very keenly! I don't think I've ever mentioned this before on here but this exact thing happened to my at the Virgin Atlantic desk in Delhi. After a phone call in which they wanted to establish whether I'd had "needles" (meaning FUE) or whatever terms they used to denote FUT, I was eventually allowed to continue with check-in! Very good idea, and well done for having the foresight and knowledge to be your own advocate in that moment. Temple points might not be a luxury you can afford. Definitely best to review the situation later. Excellent write up mate - keep us all posted!
