Post op: day 7

Just got back yesterday to Cali, flight back was much smoother felt quicker, when I arrived I already had my j&j shampoo ready to use and gave the head a gentle cleanse, donor still has a few spots that hurt a little bit but everything else is going smooth no one can tell I got a transplant at all since my hair covers it pics will show the hair out of the shower and dry, feeling good just waiting for the scabs to start giving way!

Post op: day 9

Today I washed my hair and most of the scabs fell off, donor looks great specifically the nape area has completely healed! No one could tell anything’s been done they just think I got an awful haircut haha I’ve been putting aloe Vera and mauka honey gel on the donor and recipient but tbh there’s no redness very happy with how everything’s progressing just need to power through the ugly duckling phase and hope the density is good pics below from today!

Hi guys,

firstly can I just say the progress is looking good mate, looking forward to seeing the full results.

secondly, I have tried to get in contact with Dr Mwamba with regards to booking a consultation + date for HT. the email I have been liaising with is info@fueclinic.com

unfortunately, I have been getting very slow replies and unclear information. I was even told a consultation would cost $50 ?????

I wondered if anyone knows a better method to communicate with the team so that I can book a consultation.

thanks in advance !

That’s the same email I used and it does indeed take a long while to get a response from the team consult was 50$ but he it’s worth it imo since this is an investment that’s not cheap unfortunately slow response time is normal but they’re extremely busy I asked him if he ever takes vacation and he said not really lol

That donor of yours has really bounced back @Dillpickle123. Now it's just a game of patience. All the best!

Thanks Gatsby, yea my donor has really bounced back in the past couple weeks now it’s just a waiting game until it grows, how long did you wait after post op to sue your hair? I have a grey patch from vitiligo but have been hesitant to dye it

Thanks for the updates. Looking great. Seems most of your transplanted hairs have fallen off. When did this happen to you? Im at day 16 postop (Mwamba too) and most of my transplanted grafts didn't shed. Preparing myself for the worst...

Day 2: Post op

everything is going smoothly donor feels tender grafts are a bit itchy but using salt spray as often as I can relives it the work is clean and tidy I can easily hide the recipient area swelling was never an issue since I’m a 3 min walk from the clinic I’m taking advantage of having them wash my hair and using the laser cap massage chair twice a day extremely comfortable and it’s complementary here are pics of the donor and recipient day 2 post op

Which hotel near the clinic did you stay at? Any transportation recommendations on how to move around in Brussels? Also what is the Pad that you mentioned earlier that you bought from amazon? Can you please send a link to the YT video if possible
