As the title says guys, who would you like to see on the next podcast. Dr. Sethi will be in town, so he will join me as a co-host, but who else would you like to see? Patients? Surgeons? Shoot off some names and I’ll see if I can make it happen.

Hello Melvin,

Would love to see Dr Zarev or Dr Couto. Both produce great results but not a lot of reviews on this forum. Would want to learn more about their techniques and philosophy.

I’ve tried to reach out to Dr. Cuoto, we were supposed to speak, but we haven’t. Anyone else?

You should try getting Dr. Bloxham. And get his take on why he  believes, to this day, that  FUT is not only better, but substantially superior to FUE. There’s still doctors out there that very highly advise against FUE for anyone beyond a NW3 and it would be interesting to hear why specifically

I was wondering about maybe someone who we see a little less of like Dr Path or Dr Kong for something different? For those who have gone to Thailand for surgery I would be interested in learning more about their techniques, how much involvement they have, etc?

Dr. Timothy Carman, I tried to scout him in the past but there isn't a lot of recent reviews

A long these lines, these people as well.

Dr. Robert Haber

Dr. Bernard Nusbaum

Dr. Vladimir Panine

Dr. Paul Rose

Dr. Mike Vories

Wait times for top docs are bigger than ever, some up to 2 years. For anyone else who are high quality, a podcast may have assess that, and there's plenty of demand to go around to those people.

dr. laorwong

i'm curious as he's located in SEA, mostly his patients are people from AUS, with some asians going to him. asian hair is easy to extract as it's pretty straight, but is somewhat troublesome as their donor is way coarser than the front. i just notice that even with single grafts, the thickness is markedly different compared to the native hair. i had my family comment that the new hair is very thick (which is good for density, but in bad way, can be seen as a little pluggy).

i've also almost gone with him if not with dr demirsoy, and still am interested, and is on my list if i decided to ever get another HT for whatever reason.

Dr Ferreira (just very clean work imo), Dr Muresanu (very ethical and FUT/FUE specialist), Dr Shapiro (pioneer doing valuable research, his lifetime graft study is cited all the time in fut/fue debates)

Muresanu...I was so impressed when he and I had a video call. Personable but authoratitive and really came across as someone you should trust and respect.

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon

Already liked the Dr. Pinto suggestion mentioned earlier 😀. Another one I'd love to hear from is Dr. Mwamba who does a lot of great work with repairs and scars.

FUT with Dr. Konior in 2014 - 3814 grafts - Thread

FUE with Dr. Pinto in May 2022 - 3252 grafts
