THE HAIR DR / DR ARSHAD / 2000 GRAFT - Walkthrough experience and how it goes

Guys I am coming to 6 month mark, I did my FUE as a reminder on Sept 3 - attached is my current look

Overall happy, I do feel I need more time for the hairline to fill up. My left temple was one of my most concern areas and again it looks like that needs time too. I see a few gaps in my hairline at the front.

My routine at the moment is usually don't wash my hair for 3 days then do it on the 4th.
No hair drying at all, what I did before daily.
I'm using a spray I got from Dr. Arshad's team a combination of Fin and Minoxidil in it, just start that since a week.

Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks guys!
Though I do have one question - so I never really experienced any shedding throughout the whole process. Now only in the last 2 weeks at Month 6 for first time I do feel like some progress that was showing has gone back a bit and i noticed when i brush through my hair, that a few strands fall out more then they did in the last few months.

I'm wondering if it's normal potentially at this stage to experience some form of shedding?

Hey guys so I am coming to a 1 year period in September and I have to admit yes improvements but overall I'm not happy. I have gaps in the hairline and the temples are of course better but they aren't fully healed up like I was hoping for based off reviews and obviously staying in UK and paying more.

Will update with pics

Here is how it looks now, I feel at month 6-7 it was going the right way then I noticed recently a bit more hair fall out

I wash my hair probably once every 3-4 days
Using Minox + Finastride Spray in morning and night
My diet is very clean, train 6x a week so lifestyle is healthy

I definitely say that i expected better results at this stage - however i know this is an improvement from before.

My hair is unwashed so very messy as a note

For example my hair like this, I still need to put in hair fibres to feel confident going out and how i wanted it to look.

Lmk what you guys think your side. Scrolling up in this thread you can find some shots of my hair from before

Maybe the pictures do not paint the full picture, no offence but I don't understand how you can expect more or be dissatisfied here mate.. it looks like a 10/10 result to me, you can go ahead and quit your job and become a hair model now

I don't want to dismiss your feelings bro because the pictures might not paint the full picture, but based on the pictures you've posted... I would literally donate a finger for your hair, I mean I could always wear gloves you know?

Not sure what happened if someone can advise but I don't have functionality to add pictures to my posts anymore. Either it's been removed for some reason - OR - it's a new feature of the forum? Very weird - if someone can advise so i can upload

I'm coming to 1 year mark and here are some more pictures. For the price paid from other results of other people I think this is not a good result. I don't know what happened, I noticed it in the last 2 months July and Aug started to fall out more. You can see alot of gaps in the area where the FUE was done.

When I reached out the Hair Dr Team on Whatsapp, first they never even did any checking up on me in general after 6 months -

I asked them last a question on the 3/3/22 - they saw messages never replied
I just did an update with them last Wed, their reply was will get back to me on Friday - they never did...

I started a PRP course in London 3 sessions, obviously no advice from The Hair Dr just made my own decision to do that. Done 1 already last Friday.

I’ve added some of the photos myself. I think your hair looks good. I don’t see any issues with your hair. Looks full and natural.

I contacted a clinic off a recommendation in Istanbul, reply I got about this is: (Not great news here from Team Arshad in Leeds and I'm really disappointed)

"We saw the low density on the frontal area. Taking finasteride and using minoxidil are recommended as you are doing. However, it looks like the survival rate of the implant in the first surgery is low. That is why it looks like that. We can recommend PRP to improve that but most effective solution will be having second session to increase the density"
