I am thinking about getting a hair transplant. So many doctors are mentioned as doing great work. How would you guys rate Hasson and Wong. I want the best results. I am willing to wait.

Quick question (sorry if hijacking thread) - if my choices are between H&W and Dr. Rahal and I'm trying to get my hairline fixed (Norwood 2), what would you say separates Dr. Rahal from Dr. Hasson and vice versa for this kind of procedure?

Also, kinda weird but it feels like we never hear of any names from East Asia despite East Asia having a thriving plastic surgery industry

If you’re in alberta definitely worth consulting with Dr. Nakatsui

Just booked with Hasson and Wong for March. I hope I made the right decision. 4000 grafts. $$$$$

That was quick. They do have a great reputation.

Is it with Hasson or Wong? Also are you doing FUT or FUE ?

Are you in the US? I had an appointment scheduled for Feb 15 and they just called to reschedule given the borders being closed and the next appointment they gave me was mid-May. Was hoping to get through the healing process before having to go back into the office.

Surgery scheduled for feb 11-12th. With Dr.Hasson.
super excited. But equally nervous. Paid my deposit. Almost feels like I rushed a bit in getting this done. After reading a couple reviews here about guys not getting the results and saying not sure if it’s worth the money made me more nervous. Also, the swelling aspect is making me nervous as well! Wish me luck.

You’ve made an excellent choice, I haven’t seen negative reviews from H&W. No clinic is perfect, but they’ve been at the very top for two decades. You’ve made a good choice. I hope you’ll pay it forward by starting your own review here when you get it done.

Do you usually wear your hair long in the back?  If so, then you should really consider FUT.  4,000 grafts will do you plenty good, especially in the hands of Dr. Hasson, regardless if it's FUT or FUE.

Dr. G: 1,000 grafts (FUT) 2008

Dr. Paul Shapiro: 2,348 grafts (FUT) 2009 ~ 1,999 grafts (FUT) 2011 ~ 300 grafts (Scar Reduction) 2013

Dr. Konior: 771 grafts (FUT) 2015 ~ 558 grafts (FUT) 2017 ~ 1,124 grafts (FUE) 2020
