If you also used TRT, dont you think you have been doing a bit too much trt? Since serium dutasterid should not increase to 190. Unless you somehow did scalp testostrone levels test. The scalp testostrone can increse 200% but that may sound a bit werid.

Do you/anoyone know exactly what the ingredients are in topical dutasterid from Mwamba? I myself have heard it contains Dutasterid, vitamins and growth factors...?

Hello everyone. Soon I will join you with using topical dutasteride.

My fight with balding started with using oral finasteride 1mg EOD. Unfortunatelly I got side effects like very low libido and worse erection. Then sometime ago I switched to 0,025% topical finasteride with trichosol (once again EOD). At begginning I was feeling way better, but then after some time once again I got the same side effects. Also I may be allergic to trichosol as I have like reddening of skin on hair/balding line. I dont have it between the hairs and I am using pipette to spread solution. Quite strange. Have you experienced something similar? Also my head skin is more dry right now. I know that it works, because I am getting a lot of new small white (baby?) hair on balding spots.

Anyway I want to give a try to topical dutasteride with trichosol. Even if I am alergic I will use it once per week so it should affect my skin way less. I was able to get custom dose from 

I bought from them topical finasteride before so I know that I can trust them. I was waiting like 2 weeks to get shipment to Poland. Regarding custom solution I ordered 100 ml of 0,05% dutasteride with trichosol. I will apply 2ml once per week - if I am right it will be 1mg of dutasteride. I wanted to make it that way so it will be easier to cover whole scalp. For now I am balding just in front on sides (I can see hair thinning in the middle tho), but looking at my father and especially grandfather I should use it on whole top of my head.

I have scheduled HT in Turkey in April. Considering this new baby hair I am wondering if I shouldnt wait to see if this hair will change into normal hair... What is your experience on that? Is it worth waiting?

i cant seem to find any selling topical dutasteride, even for topical finasteride, its just "home made" minoxidil mixed with finasteride powder...

Has anyone used 0.01% Dutasteride topical ? I forgot to ask Dr Mwamba exactly how many drops to use after needling

You are meant to use 2ml once every 15 days or once a month I believe

Be careful and use as little as possible, very potent and efficient when dermarolled

Has anyone continued to have a hard time getting orders placed with FUE Clinic? Same problem that I've had before... slow responses, Josh sends emails that aren't clear, etc. I was randomly sent a payment link after I asked a question, but no place to input my shipping address (which changed since my last order) and the cost didn't seem to include shipping. I like the product but God the process is a joke.

I don’t know how sold you are on topical dut. But Dr. Hasson has XYONHealth 2.5% topical fin siloxysystem gel, which in my opinion is pretty groundbreaking. There’s a free trial if you qualify for a year supply. Regardless, if you apply and don’t qualify they give you a free month.

Thanks, Melvin! I think I'm sticking with the dut for now; I've always been particularly susceptible to sides and given the differences in molecular weight, I think I'll have better luck with dut. Agreed that this is a terrific product, though, and looking forward to them branching out into dut.

Thanks you for sharing. How do you evaluate your DHT in scalp ? For DHT in blood I think a blood test is ok but how do evaluate dht in scalp ? Thanks !

Topical dut as a larger molecular size, which means far less like to be absorbed systemically and cause side effects as a result. It's anecdotal, but there are lots of people who've reported difficulty with sides on topical fin due to its smaller molecular size. My PCP, who prescribes these meds through a compounding pharmacy, confirmed this to me. So I'd strongly come down on the side of topical dut.

I did. Not drastic, but noticeable. Lasted ~10 weeks.

It's a liquid. I apply to the entire top of my head but focus on hairline. I get the liquid from FUE Clinic.

Perfect thank you I will be ordering from FUE clinic here shortly. And just to confirm this liquid from FUEE clinic doesn't include minoxidil, correct? Topical minoxidil was in effective for me and I don't want to introduce it back onto my scalp.

Nope. They've got lots of different versions and you can order without--I don't use minoxidil, either.

I tried it once--instantly got dark purple circles under my eyes and crushing headaches. Not a viable solution for me.

I'm quoting you, but anyone should feel free to respond.  Is topical dut likely to thicken hair more/work better than topical fin as is the case with the oral versions of these two drugs?
