It's not fair to compare us to this elderly gentleman. Back when he was in his 20's, it probably didn't topical minoxidil and definitely didn't have finasteride; so he is not a suitable comparison. This however does not negate your argument, which I questioned already on this forum.

kevin, I agree with Bill. You need to consult with a qualified medical professional. The first questions they will ask you are: 1. How long since you've noticed the problem? 2. What have you done about it? 3. What drugs are you taking? If you are on finasteride, and judging by the length of time you are/have been on finasteride, they may ask you to quit and observe the changes in your body. On a side note, alot of erectile dysfunction can be psychological.

nyny12, Welcome to this community First things first, please post some pics of your situation. Secondly PRP, is new technology and there is not a whole lot of data concerning its success. LLLT, I think is laser therapy (I'm not sure, so someone correct me) and as such is not highly favored and might be scorned by some. Try the finasteride and see what happens. Side effects do go away, unless there are so HUGELY traumatic that people stop taking it.

Are you talking about from the drug alone, or a combination of the drug following a HT surgery? Have you had HT surgery, recently? For the drugs itself: Not on the first day after, if that's what you mean. Give it a couple of weeks.
