If you are suffering from MPB, you need to continue taking Finasteride and Minoxidil for the rest of your life, regardless of whether you see regrowth or not. At the least, it is retarding the MPB process.
This is difficult to say. Please post some pics. Diffuse thinners are a bit different from "regular" MPB sufferers, in that their hairloss can be more significant in the donor areas (not too sure, you will have to check this) Please consult with a qualified hair transplant surgeon, and/or contact a Coalition surgeon located on this web forum.
Doesn't mean much. You have to consistently take the medication for three months before you may observe shedding. How long have you been taking Finasteride. Are you sure that your hair loss in MPB? Please post some pics.
Shock loss is a generic term used to describe the effluvium due to physical trauma of surgery.
Do you mean if you DO have surgery, IF you may have shockloss? Hard to say.
