I personally hate these types of threads as i have seen tremendous results from a lot of Doctors in Europe. Dr Bisanga has produced amazing results regurlarly and helped lots of repair patients. Dr Feriduni has done some incredible work too, i remember the burn victim and the cancer patient and many more great results. Haven't seen much Kesser work so can't possibly comment although that doesn't mean i don't think hes good (just don't know). But theres many more great Europe clinics. Dr Devroye, Mwamba, Farjo to name but a few and there are lots more. My point being is its a little unfair imo to expect other people to pick a favourite......your only going to get a result that shows the clinic who has the most online patients........... and the whole point of these Forums is for YOU to research and find YOUR OWN dude. I don't want to come across as negative and i understand the reasons behind the thread mate, but if everyone said go to a specific Doctor then you would be just going to someone elses favourite and not your own. Research is the Key buddy. Stay away from the obvious quacks and consult the good ones. If Europes where your interested in then my advice is to consult them all dude. And get a feel for who you like, ask to be put in contact with patients, and take a list of questions a mile long lol. All the best dude Nutster

for what its worth every result ive seen on the net from Craig Zeiring has been great...

Agreed a lot of phsicians websites are dated, but i believe its down to convenience and hassle, not anything sinister...like Blake says it costs money to change and build websites so therefore they only get updated periodicallly. I also believe that despite being incredibly intelligent many doctors are not computer savvy and would not know how to update their own .com sites, where as uploading an image on a public forum is easy...and they get to interact with their potential clients which makes good business sense. That and the fact that good surgeons are generally very busy most of the time. From what ive seen is it tends to go in trends...ie. one Dr updates his/her site then they all follow suit and update. If i was a doctor i would much rather interact with my potential patients daily/weekly etc on a public forum where people go for support, than fiddle around with my own site all the time. You make a valid point though and i believe many clinics should update their sites....in with the new and out with the old dude:)

If there was meant to be any deception, or photo tricks then why is the pre op and 1 day post op picture two different shades of blue?. Obviously they cant make a 1day post op placement picture look more dense. I know ive personally had pictures taken by Dr Ron and Matt ....and come on most of the pics were taken 1 yr apart so whats to say its even the same camera or room.... I think the important factor here is the pictures are VERY clear and in focus so anyone can see that its a great result!!! And before anyone says im a biased SMG fan ....i am a great fan of many other clinics as well as SMG......Rahal, True and Dorin, Bisanga, Feriduni amongst others really impress me....im just saying the pics look great on my pc as does the result Well done Dr Paul on a very nice result

Im sure you will be fine with both doctors....Dr Rahal is a fantastic surgeon, but having undergone a repair with Dr Ron Shapiro and been ecstatic with the outcome...he gets my vote Again respect to Rahal bn:)

glad you had a good experience dude....i personally dont trust anyone that is or has been associated with Jeremy period. Jeremy is not as innocent as your trying to make him sound as hes laughed at my butcherings on more the one occasion on various sites....and also made viscous comments regarding myself. I know if i worked at a place that was physically ruining peoples appearances on a daily basis i would move straight away and ditch the job....i wouldn't be able to sleep at night. Jeremy was there when Kevin Hartley was there, before Thernikos...... who also butchered many. His job was to persuade people to actually have the surgery so to me he was worse than a crooked car salesman!! That being said if your one of the handful of lucky ones im truly happy for you mate. regards and warm wishes.

They are both fantastic surgeons....i am lucky enough to have had surgery with both of them and i found them both to be great Doctors with superb ethics, fantastic skills and great personalities

well guys i'm now approx 7months post op my second repair surgery with SMG...the surgery was focused mainly on the crown this time, and i am thrilled with my progress so far.......i can still feel tiny hairs popping through all the time, and i'm sure i still have some more growth and thickening to look forward to. This is very exciting as i only wanted some light coverage in the crown area...just enough for some concealer to adhere to and feel i have already achieved my goal for this stage and im only at 7 months. Cant thank SMG enough, its great to finally be able to go outdoors hatless....kind of like a huge weight as been lifted here is my crown before stage 2 of my repair here it is again at 7months under harsh lighting with the flash on here we have another top down shot head tilted slightly forward with flash on under very bright light finally heres one i thought i might add that shows my head with some nanogen in.....i dont normally use the stuff but i had a wedding to attend today....and some of the guests i had not seen since school so i thought i would give it a whirl. I had a great day and know one gave me any silly stares or funny comments like i used to get prior to my SMG transplants.....so im really happy at the moment and i my partner says im growing in confidence day by day which is a cool

personally i think his hair looks great,and if the first pic sparky posted is a true reflection of his real hair as it is now...then imo it looks good, much better than the photoshop version.

hey buddy your in safe hands with SMG and rest assured they don't have a sales tactic (as you call it lol) to give you short amounts of grafts.....simple answer is they tell it how it is bro. They are honest and straight talking, and wouldn't tell you anything other than the truth dude.........trust me i know first hand through great experiences with them. Matts a top guy and very straight talking and knowledgeable and will tell you 100% what you need to know. warm wishes nutster You will be fine with SMG they are cool
