  1. Actually since I knew I wanted a strip surgery, we never discussed FUE.I know that if you contact Eduardo at Dr. Arocha's office he should be able to answer your questions. One thing I do know, his prices will be comparable and his work is outstanding
  2. Thank you CeCe for the compliment. I am looking forward to getting my 1st proper haircut to even things out.Should be in time for my 5 month update. Please keep me informed when you set up in Austin
  3. Thank you CeCe,it's getting better and better by the week !! In just a few short weeks, I'll post my 5 months results pics.Time is flying by !

  5. your hair looks absolutely amazing, congratulations !
  6. Thanks KD2020. I think I can ditch the consealers pretty soon.I just want the front to continue to fill in a lil more. Maybe another 2 or 3 months or so.
  7. I can relate to this.Dr.Arocha didn't shave my recipient site either which absolutely helped me conceal my recent procedure. After 4 months Noone and I mean no one has even questioned me about it . Thank goodness
  8. Your hair looks great ! Thanks for sharing .I need 3 more months to hit the 7 mark and hope to see similar results .To think you still have more maturing to go. You have to be pleased thus far ! Happy growing
  9. I think each case is different. Some experience shockloss or shedding others experience minimal or none. Alot has to do with the skills of your Dr. I am sitting here at 4 months post op and I can honestly say I feel the same hairs that were transplanted and the same ones that never shed and are growing now.I did however have some shockloss around the scar but this was temporary. Good luck to you on your progress. Scott
  10. sounds like you may be experiencing some new growth finally ! Any updates, hope things are finally picking up for you Buzz All the best, Scott
  11. Thanks Yaz, I'm very pleased with my growth so far.Hope all is well for you to.
  12. Thanks.Dr Arocha's hairlines are a thing of beauty, one of the many reasons I chose him for my surgery.

  14. Thanks Riddick. While at 4 months post op, I am pleased with my growth so far. However, I still won't leave the house without concealers either. It is true one can get "addicted" with the concealers.I am hoping one day soon I can phase them out. I usually won't post pics while using concealers as I feel it would sort of defeat the purpose of showing monthly growth result pic. Having said that, Dermatch and Toppiks have been my bestest friends as of late :^).here are a few pics with concealers
  15. Awesome result ! Excellent video , you would never know this guy had restoration surgery. Great work from Dr.Arocha !
  16. Thanks David. I'm extremely happy with everything so far. Once I posted these last pics, I didnt realize 2 were upside down so I tried to rotate them , and can't do it :^(
  17. Thanks Spanker.Yes I've had my share, but pleased that it hasn't been near as tough as others. I am so appreciative of this community and the wealth of information found here has helped me big time. This second time around has been a breeze and no one has been the wiser , if anything it is just beginning to look and feel thicker. Happy growing fellas, Scott
  18. Thanks guys for your input .I am still seeing hair coming back from the shock loss around the scar.I was concerned at 1st but it has gotten much better the past month and should get even better.Just a few months ago I wouldn't use a guard less than #4 because of the shockloss was so apparent.
  19. I have a few pics to share of my 1st trim around my scar area since my surgery .We used a 1,2 and 3 guard and I think it looks pretty well hidden.Very happy thus far.
