    From what Ive read, after a precedure, the grafts are secure and "safe" at 10 days.The seed is sown .

    Thanks Taco.The donor scar is getting better, still pink as expected but it doesnt hurt .I have preop pictures on my profile app page.Ill try to pull it somehow.

    Well, the 1st month really flew by pretty fast.Not alot going on and I dont expect much to happen at least for the next few months or .Still feels like lots of tiny prickly hairs in my recipient area.I actually was thinking these grafts would have started to shed by now.Maybe I'll be lucky and not experience any shedding, maybe not. Although its still a bit tender, my donor area is starting to heal also. Now onto more waiting.Thanks for viewing

    With a skilled surgeon, you may consider7 to 10 days once the scabs wash off on their own which was how it was in my case.After that your recipient area may be just a little pink depending on your own skin tone If you didnt have to shave down then no one should know. hope this helps and good luck

    hello everyone, I am 10 days post op,all of my scabs and crusts are gone and looks to be healed up .I have been very careful to only use the graftsite and baby shampoo over the course of my post op care. However,pre surgery,I used Head and Shoulders a few times a week to keep from having dry scalp.I'd like to know is it safe to continue my use of H&S NOW (because the rest of my head is so itchy) and continue using it a few tmes a week?? Scott
