  1. > No thinning for 12 years > Told by doctors no thinning anywhere > Slight recession could be senile alopecia Oh no finasteride and medication doesn’t work and I am going bald.
  2. But there are only 2 Zarev cases and both are patient posted selfies?
  3. LOL 😂😂 this is what he’s talking about https://rumble.com/v2rlglm-karen-kingston-and-dr.-ana-mihalcea-ai-exterminating-humans-through-synthet.html
  4. Pekiner. I am pretty happy with my hairline
  5. All the clinics you mentioned are great. You can also contact Bisinga
  6. Not once to me but some people get pimples/cysts.
  7. Actually in Islam, it is a form of worship and charity when done to your wife within marriage. For some reason, there’s this idea that sex is bad in religion but I was quite surprised to learn that it’s worship in Islam and it is mandatory to please your wife (sexually). The only time it’s a sin is adultery but it’s universally considered bad so no surprises there. Anyway to answer the question, sex is bad post op because it increases blood pressure, muscle tension, skin tension, hormonal peaks and lows etc and it can be too much for the newly implanted grafts who haven’t even made home yet and struggling for blood supply. There are doctors who prescribe blood dilating medication to help grafts find blood supply and survive so it’s pretty common sense masturbation/sex is going to be bad for grafts.
  8. This looks like it will turn out great. Happy growing
  9. This is a fantastic result from Dr Gur. I am not a fan of his bloody post op work, I don’t like seeing blood lol but there’s no denying he produces great results. Congratulations
  10. These looks really good but I am not a fan of shaved look. It’s too rough/old looking
  11. Yeah the shedding phase sucks so bad. Keep the updates coming
  12. Clearly you want to do it badly that you asked your clinic so just do it and get it over with. I can’t imagine what that conversation must have been like, asking the surgeon if you can have sex lol so it clearly means a lot to you The only sure thing is you can’t damage grafts after 2-3 weeks, anything earlier than that is just hoping for the best and taking chances.
  13. You forgot Pekiner. Easily amongst the best of the best especially for hairlines.
  14. Hairmills get blamed for producing perfectly symmetrical hairlines/grafts without any irregularities in them. Surprised to see someone complaining of poor hairline design by Konior, he’s the goat of hair transplants 🤷‍♀️ I guess I understand his frustrations. I had different plans for my hairline too but went with my surgeon’s design (he insisted on it) and I am happy now. Would’ve sucked if he had followed my plan
  15. You’ve enough grafts to pack the hairline densely and still have left over for future if your hairloss progresses which it won’t if you take medication. You can even go for a lower hairline of your dreams, densely pack it. When I said don’t bother, I mean don’t bother with the nonsense that are hair transplants, the waste of money, pain and all that goes with it. You’re a Norwood 2 and with hairs long, you can have great hairstyles to cover those missing corners ( look at Kevin from haircafe for example ). I didn’t mean don’t bother because you have any danger of going bald or anything like that. Filling those corners is easy with long hairs compared to expensive hair transplants and you will want to go to expensive hairline surgeons. There is a lot of unjust fearmongering against Finasteride. No, it’s not going to suddenly stop working. People like me go bald who don’t take medication watch themselves get bald and don’t do anything about it literally. I have yet to see one bald person who was taking Finasteride at NW0 and become bald, I haven’t seen one yet. So you’ve zero risk of that and shouldn’t be the reason you don’t get a hair transplant - money and pain are good reasons not to though for the amount of aesthetic benefit you will gain (not a lot)
  16. Vitamin A is actually not good for hair and causes hairloss so definitely don’t take it as a daily supplement. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6380979/#:~:text=Studies show that too much, and low vitamin D levels.
  17. This is pretty depressing actually Seems like month 6 the result is pretty much decided and there’s very little maturation and perhaps a few grafts popping up afterwards. So if you’re not happy at 6 months not much is coming afterwards. But if you’re happy at 6 months, the increased thickness and a little more hairs afterwards make the result look awesome.
  18. They must be extremely bad to have government take action against them. Good riddance!
  19. Yes that’s what a shed is. Hairs on your scalp will fall out to synchronise a hair cycle. Just because you don’t apply them to some area is irrelevant. Human skins are very permeable and excellent at absorbing, the min/dut combo gets absorbed into your skin/bloodstream and affect your whole body exerting its effect although where you apply the solution has the strongest effect because of higher concentration of drugs. Be happy about the shed because it means the drugs are working.
