  1. I think realistically the density won't really be improved, you've just lowered the hairline. Did this doctor do other cases of improving density before? Seems lost in translation unfortunately- might’ve been better to just message them saying you only wanted density improved.
  2. Its come in really strong and looks like you have great yield
  3. Not sure, I think it's impossible to tell really.
  4. For what it's worth I think your design looks amazing, I wouldn't change it. I don't think lower hairlines look great. Also I really liked your hair when it was short, probably more so than when its longer. I think it emphasises the hairline and goes well with your face / bone structure. things will never be perfect, no matter how many you do you'll always find something. If you've got the time and money it's not really an issue though I suppose. I thought the 2nd pass moved it 1.5mm over to make it more symmetrical? I haven't shown my face on here but I think my hairline to eyebrow is 7cm but I'm OK with that, my eyebrow to nose and nose to chin is 7cm too so I think I've just got a longer face, the harmony is more important. And not wasting grafts and money for the future. But I'm only early 30s and not made of money yet.
  5. Looking awesome. Even in a fully natural non balding head of hair the crown looks see through under harsh light. A 1000% improvement over baseline, congratulations!
  6. Month 5. Both with wet and dry photos. Generally happy with the progress from month 4. Hope density keeps increasing as it is less than native but I don't expect it to match. Also hope the hair texture begins to soften a little and resemble the native density more - but i'm confident this will over time. Wet: Dry:
  7. turkey wins hands down, just make sure you find a good dr and don't go to a hair mill! do some research and you'll be OK.
  8. @Himothy26 are you on medication? if you asked here people probably would have told you not to pull the trigger being only 22.
  9. Month 3 was really looking like most other transplants then... LOL that month 3 to month 4 transition, safe to say this 'enhanced recovery' protocol seems to work. i haven't seen anyone with a pretty much complete HT after 4 months. i was curious to do this myself but didn't know where to get any of the meds without the hassle of going to a doctor and having to explain some crazy theories i heard on the internet, so i didn't do it.
  10. looking amazing! Seems like both our month 4s looked similarly crap, but damn you had an explosion in month 5. I'm hoping for the same result 😆
  11. Thanks i'm a big fan of your hairline design also. I actually used some photoshop to try and make my hairline more symmetrical to try and work out what i wanted, i got that from your thread here hahaha, this was what i was going on: when you say "all HT's can be improved with a 2nd pass to add density" what do you mean exactly - if the head was fully shaved, you mean the dr just going over it and putting some hairs in where ever they can fit them to try and get the per square cm of hairs higher? my native hairs are thinning a bit at the font (they thinned before i started using DHT blockers but seemed to have stopped now) so i wouldn't mind them getting thickened up either. although perhaps because they are native hairs i need to be a little wary that transplanting in this region could cause some stress / loss to the native hairs. it was incredible that he did another 1350 grafts on you for round 2 - i wonder what your transplanted density is now. also it looked awesome almost straight away at the 2 week mark. i saw some of your pics at week 2 and probably someone could tell you had something done then, but by month 2 just looked like a regular dense head of hair. i guess because it was almost all behind the existing hair.
  12. don't lower the hairline more than the first picture from laorwong or pekiners design. the density isnt the same as the native area and lowering it too much makes it look like diffuse thinning. also, you're only 29. might need those grafts for a future top up depending how you respond to medication.
  13. agree with the comments here, 6.6k grafts at 25 is ALL IN. why are you not on finasteride of dutasteride? if you're not on them and you have this much balding at 26, your balding will progress and you a likely to not have enough grafts to keep up with the balding if you wish to pursue further transplants people have tried topical dutasteride on a very low dose and experienced reduced side effects if they had them from the oral medication
  14. its excellent work, definitely looks more natural. this photo quality is really good too, new camera? also note how its a month out but it doesn't look like you've had a transplant or anything done a month ago thats for sure
