    All 4 surgeons you mentioned (Gur, Turan, Demirsoy, Yaman) are great and they would give good a nice natural looking result. I think you should compare their results and select the one you prefer mostly. BTW how many grafts did dr Demirsoy suggested ?

    There's a lot of good surgeons that you could consider depending on your budget. Some options would be: Lorenzo, Couto, Ximena Vila, Freitas hans heinicke in Spain, Pinto, Bruno Ferreira in Portugal, Bisanga, Feriduni, Lupanzula, Mwamba in Belgium, Pekiner, HLC, Gur, Turan, Yaman, Demirsoy, Bicer In Turkey, Laorwong in thailand, Eugenix in India. If you are in US you can easily go to South US to Dr Pittella in Brasil, Dr Luis Nader in Mexico, Dr Camacho (Bogota hairlines) in Colombia...

    Happy growing...11.000 grafts in a 2 day session is a big number...Dr Pittella's techs are able to extract 5000-6000 grafts in just one day which is impressive !

    @Dr Resul Yaman is around your budget and he would implant you 4500-4900 grafts in one sitting. Then for better density you may need another one but a first one with this amount of grafts would be a good start. Other options could be Dr turan, Dr Gur and Dr Demirsoy...all of these doctors are in Turkey and in all procedures the doctors do the most critical parts providing natural looking results.     so dr Fereira said you thats completely normal to have lower yield?? I dont think thats an ethical response...Also i cant understand why he charges so expensive his hair transplants when he cant guarantee the high yield of grafts and he doesnt even offer a free repair?

    You are better than before, but the outcome is not the one you should get and it seems that you have lower yield and survival of grafts in some parts. The doctor did not offer you free procedure for the lower growth ?

    In general with all eugenix packages you would be fine. All Eugenix doctors use the same methods and they were trained in the same way. So yould select the lower packages either with Dr Das or Dr Soumesh and save money

    They are similar cases with similar low lateral humps. if the op would use 13 k grafts then he would have high density. With 4500 scalp grafts he cant expect miracles and high densities...beard hairs do not give good ceverage like scalp hairs and they dont behave like scalp hairs( for example you cant comb the beard hairs easily in one direction etc..). Also Beard hairs have a shorter anagen phase and may be in a catagen phase, which means less hairs on the scalp every time. Also in the Zarev's example all 13.000 grafts were scalp hairs, no beard hairs as he says on the video. So definitely the op's result is pretty good considering his large area and his low lateral humps.

    The result looks pretty good for such a huge area. Also 1250 beard grafts were used which are single hairs and they dont give good coverage as scalp hairs which are multi grafts. Also beard hairs do not behave like scalp hairs, which affects the coverage too. You cant expect high density and full coverage in a higher norwood like this with only 4500 scalp grafts, especially with short hair. Dr Zarev implants about 13.000 scalp grafts on simillar cases like this one in order to achieve good density, as you can see below...

    I agree..the result is pretty good for this huge area and the graft survival is fine. As you said the hairs are not combed in the same direction to give the illusion of density. Generally in hair transplants you need to comb your hair in the same direction in order to have a good illusion of density... Also his hairs are pretty short, which doesnt help with the illusion too...

    I dont think its marketing. Its just a different type of implantation of grafts, which DHI method is also used by top class surgeons like Dr Couto, Dr Freitas, Dr Pinto, Dr Ferreira etc... No one of the doctors i mentioned use implanter with pre made incisions. They just use sharp implanters without incisions, thats why the grafts are insterted by the surgeon himself and these doctors dont use techs to implant the grafts. Choi pens do not cause transections, since they cause less trauma to the scalp. I dont talk about unexperienced stuff though.

    DHI is the method of implantation with sharp implanters (choi pens). There's not any transection with choi pens, as they cause less trauma to the recipient area compared to pre made slits Top surgeons like Dr Freitas, Dr Couto, Villa, Dr Pinto, Dr Ferreira are using choi pens (sharp implanters) to implant the grafts without doing incisions seperately and so the grafts are insetred into the scalp by the surgeon with the sharp implanter.

    oh okay...so you decied to do a repair in other clinic and not to HDC...did the other clinic tell you any explanation for your dissapoining result with HDC? Yea i know that hair transpslant success result in not guaranteed, there is always risk..., but at least they should offer money back to go to other clinic to fix it, so you dont have to pay 2 times to fix your problem, which should have been finished with one procedure..
