I agree. Money doesnt take away the huge ugly scar and all the depression that Dr Bisanga caused you with this poor result. High paid doctors usually hide their bad results and show only their good ones. So thats useful for the community that you shared with us your bad experience with dr Bisanga.

Your result with Dr Bisanga is quite bad. The yiled seems to be low and the fut scar has streched a lot and looks ugly...Did Dr Bisanga offered a refund of your money or another free procedure? Or just he said that this result was decent for him?

Exactly this. The patient cases posted by the patients are the best reviews and the only ones a candidate can trust which are on real time and they are less likely to be edited with mondage or cherry picked in defference with the results posted by a clinic which can easily be edited by the clinic to make the result look better and they are cherry picked( they hide their bad results and show only the better ones). For example you will never see a bad case posted by a particular clinic, but you will see a bad case from this clinic in a real patient case....thats the main difference. In real patient cases you will see good and bad results of a clinic, so you can make a better judgment about a clinic. however if you only look on cases posted by a clinic, you will not have any idea about the bad cases of this clinic, which are hidden and you will also not be sure if the results are 100% real or not... As a result Everyone should focus more on real patient cases which are the best reviews for a surgeon and not to the cases posted by the clinic..

This makes no sense. You have an agenda by trying to sabotage Dr Pekiner, who is one of the best doctors worldwide with the most patient cases posted, which are real!!! I just only say the truth. You cant really trust photos that are posted by a clinic, since a clinic wants to promote its work. So how can you know if the clinic has edited or not its photos? Technology has evolved a lot nowdays, so clinics could edit their photos and you would not even understand it. I personally dont trust any clinic photos and i just focus on real patient cases, which i know are real and they post pictures every month on real time...not just a BEFORE-AFTER like the clinics results. Thats why people should focus only on real patient cases, which are on real time and not like the ones posted by a clinic in which u dont know if they have been edited or not.

You cant compare photos posted by a clinic with patient cases. Photos that are posted by a clinic are not trustable since the clinic wants to promote its work, so you can't really know if the cases that are posted by a clinic have been edited by the clinic itself to make the result look better than it actually is. In addition clinics post only their good cases and hide the bad ones, so you cant make any judgement about clinic's yield rates if you dont look at real patient cases posted by the patients. People should focus on real patient cases POSTED BY PATIENTS THEMSELVES, and not to the cases that are posted by a clinic which might be not real with photoshop motnage...who knows? A clinic would do everything to promote its work and get more patients.

50 grafts/cm2 is not that high. It could be around 65 grafts/cm2 Some doctors do not have the abillity to implant high densities even if the patient is the perfect candidate. So it depends on the doctor you choose, what density you will get.

It looks good ! Early growth is always welcome. Normally people start to see new growth from 3rd month and after..

These photos correspond more to reality than the other ones. This is how people will see you in a normal distance and this is the actual result. The target in the hair transplants is the ilussion of density and to look ok in a normal distance, cause you cant achieve the super high density of the native hair. On these photos your result looks fine and it will be improved a lot in the next months, as you grow your hair long and give better coverage/shading. Enjoy it mate...😃

not too much work. Just try to take photos in a new enviroment as well.It would be 3-5 minute work lol haha I think it will look much better with shaved sides in an undercut style. Cause now, you have thick long hair on the sides and more short-weak hairs on the top, which makes the recipient area to look less full and dense. Sides always should look less dense than top, otherwise the result in the recipient area will look less dense than it is acttually...

Its going good bro. I think you should trim your sides with an undercut style and let the recipient area to grow. Also as you mentioned that there are a lot of hairs that are not shown in these specific photos...So can you try to upload new photos with a different background in a different environment, so these hairs will be more visible?

For hairline i would prefer Freitas. He does very natural and dense hairlines. Otherwise i would consider HLC or Pekiner for hairline as they produce top results too.

I cant find their price catalogue in their website anymore. Have they removed it? if I remember well the exclusive package was the 120RS ?

dr das does the incisions, while the rest is done by techs (implantation and extraction of grafts). 5000 grafts is still not enough for your case, you will need another surgery too. So with both options you will do 2 surgeries. I think Dr Gur is a great choice with less cost. The costumer service doesnt matter for the result.

Looks very good. It seems like by choosing the more economical packages of eugenix you could get a nice result too, which is really good to know.
