Higher price does not mean better quality..It depends on the clinic and on the location. In some countries doctors charge more with less quality than others. This price you told us about dr bisanga is not right..Look at best hair clinic his prices: Its about 4 euro/graft

Lorenzo was good in the past but lately i have seen various negative reviews about him, so i would not suggest him as a good option for his high price. Eugenix is definitely a much better option than Lorenzo. So between these two i would suggest Eugenix. Otherwise you could look at other elite clinics that are experienced on higher norwoods like Dr Pittella in Brazil, Dr Zarev.

For affordable and safe options in Turkey...Yaman, Gur and Turan would be your best options. Plus Dr Demirsoy..They would give you a nice result without having to spend so much money like you would have to do with other expemsive clinics. So they are safe value for money options. Eugenix is also good for higher norwoods which has also some lower packages where they are more afforable than the premium ones.

You should never focus on cases posted by a clinic since they are their best results. You will never see an average result on cases that are posted by a clinic. As a result you will have high expectations and you will not be satisfied with your result. You should focus on real patient cases posted by the patients themselves to have a real idea.

if your hairs are too miniaturized then the therapies will not do a lot. Just a stabilisation of your current situation.

I think all of the 4 doctors you mentioned are great options. My advice is to compare their norwood 5 results which are simillar to your case and after you compare their norwood 5 results, you could consult with all of them and see what they suggest you for your case and select the one you like mostly.

Both surgeons are good options. In all packages Dr gur does the incisions, plan and design, while his price differ if you select the premium package where he does the extractions as well at athe price of 1.5 euro/graft. If you select the simple package Dr gur doesnt do the extractions but he does the rest. The technician of dr gur is experienced so the simple package of dr gur at 1 euro/graft is still vey good option.

Its all about experience. Doctors do not study how to do hair trasplants at unversity. They just learn how to do hair transplants by getting trained in a hair transplant clinic...the same applies for a technician. A technician with more experince can give a better result than a less experienced doctor.

Its going ok. You still have 5 months, for the hairs to thicken up and grow as multi-hairs...Let your hair grow until then.

I agree. Money doesnt take away the huge ugly scar and all the depression that Dr Bisanga caused you with this poor result. High paid doctors usually hide their bad results and show only their good ones. So thats useful for the community that you shared with us your bad experience with dr Bisanga.

The patient cases posted by the patients are the best reviews and the only ones a candidate can trust which are on real time and they are less likely to be edited with mondage or cherry picked in defference with the results posted by a clinic which can easily be edited by the clinic to make the result look better and they are cherry picked( they hide their bad results and show only the better ones). For example you will never see a bad case posted by a particular clinic, but you will see a bad case from this clinic in a real patient case....thats the main difference. In real patient cases you will see good and bad results of a clinic, so you can make a better judgment about a clinic. however if you only look on cases posted by a clinic, you will not have any idea about the bad cases of this clinic, which are hidden and you will also not be sure if the results are 100% real or not... As a result Everyone should focus more on real patient cases which are the best reviews for a surgeon and not to the cases posted by the clinic..

This makes no sense. You have an agenda by trying to sabotage Dr Pekiner, who is one of the best doctors worldwide with the most patient cases posted, which are real!!! I just only say the truth. You cant really trust photos that are posted by a clinic, since a clinic wants to promote its work. So how can you know if the clinic has edited or not its photos? Technology has evolved a lot nowdays, so clinics could edit their photos and you would not even understand it. I personally dont trust any clinic photos and i just focus on real patient cases, which i know are real and they post pictures every month on real time...not just a BEFORE-AFTER like the clinics results. Thats why people should focus only on real patient cases, which are on real time and not like the ones posted by a clinic in which u dont know if they have been edited or not.

Photos that are posted by a clinic are not trustable since the clinic wants to promote its work, so you can't really know if the cases that are posted by a clinic have been edited by the clinic itself to make the result look better than it actually is. In addition clinics post only their good cases and hide the bad ones, so you cant make any judgement about clinic's yield rates if you dont look at real patient cases posted by the patients. People should focus on real patient cases POSTED BY PATIENTS THEMSELVES, and not to the cases that are posted by a clinic which might be not real with photoshop motnage...who knows? A clinic would do everything to promote its work and get more patients.
