    In Turkey you could consider various good options depending on your budget such as: Dr Gur, Dr turan, Dr Yaman, Dr Demirsoy, Dr Bekir, Dr Bicer, Dr Keser, HLC, Dr Pekiner. All the options i mentioned do have the doctor involvement in all of their hair transplants.

    All three doctors are great ones and you will be in safe hands with them. Dr Yaman is a great surgeon with more patient cases on this forum and the majority of them are great ones. So Dr Yaman would be my first choice then Dr Turan and final Dr Gur. Do your research and you will find a lot of great results and satisfied patients from Dr Yaman.

    12500 usd for 3000-3500 is too expensive. Higher price doesn’t mean you will get better result. you could go to absolute hair clinic in Thailand to doctors like dr laorwong or dr RATCHATHORN for 2€/graft or In Turkey to doctors like Pekiner, HLC, bekir, bicer, Gur, Turan, Yaman and demirsoy with prices starting from 1 €/graft.

    For 6 months is good, but still not perfect. You still have time for improvements. in every hair transplant if you over analyse your result you will not be satisfied. Anyway you should wait till 12 months and see if there still something you want to change.

    Thats your opinion. I would highly recommend both of these options, since most of their results are great ones.

    Dr Pekiner is the best one in Turkey. The other too that you mentioned Bicer and Keser are also very good doctors. Other good options that you could consider in Turkey and they have doctor involvement in all of their hair transplants and they provide natural results are Gur, Turan, Bekir, Yaman, Demirsoy and HLC. So in general theres many options to consider depending on your budget.

    well it depends but it can be around 500-700 grafts difference i guess depending on the shape and length of hairline

    You are norwood 7. You should combine FUE with BHT (beard grafts) to have the best outcome. Your choices would be Eugenix and Dr Pittella which are clinics that specialise to similar cases like yours.

    The v-shaped is the best way if you have limited donor and you want to save grafts, since the "V" shape has less area than "U" or from the more straight hairlines.

    I don’t think 3 is a lot since he isn’t doing the extraction and implantation. Incisions do not last long time. Also His 6000 grafts procedure is splitted in a 2 day session (3000 graft each day). top surgeons like Freitas and Lorenzo do 3-4 patients per day and they only do implantation and their price is 3-4 times higher than yaman.

    In dr yaman patients threads I have seen patients telling there were in total 2 or 3 people per day which is perfectly normal. In one dr yaman’s thread there was only one patient that day @Timothy top surgeons like Freitas, Lorenzo etc do 3-4 patients per day and you pay 3-4 times higher price than yaman.

    well Dr Yaman does a few patients per day, Usually 2 patients per day but it can go up to 3 sometimes. Other known surgeons do 3-4 surgeries per day too like Freitas Lorenzo. Look at the thread below, @Timothy was the only patient of Dr Yaman during his operation. Also on this thread there were 3 patients in total

    I would say that Yaman is a great option. I have seen great work from him and he does a few patients per day doing the incisions, plan, design, measurements of donor and recipient area for each patient seperately. Nobody can give a 100% guarantee for great results, even in the best ones that you pay a huge amount of money there will be some not good results.

    Happy growing man. Dr Yaman is a great surgeon for higher norwood cases like yours. Both plan and deisgn look very good. Can you tell us how many beard grafts had been used? I wish you all the best !

    Well you need 3800-4000 grafts for frontal third and midscalp and 2500 for crown area.

    in fact topical minoxidil will speed up your growth...many patients who get topical minoxidil after hair transplant see their growth faster than normal. It will also help your growth by adding more blood supply in your scalp. Do not do microneedling !

    Redness is a good sign that growth has already started...I would suggest you to add topical minoxodil 2 times daily for extra blood supply!
