Any update here? I feel sorry that you got a bad experience with HDC... Did HDC offered you money back for the lost grafts because of the necrosis ? For the necrosis on your recipient area the surgeon is the responsible for it, so in your case Dr Maras.

why was eugenix expecting from your native hair to imrpove?? You didnt start now the miedication, but on 2021 as i saw on your thread, so you cant expect further improvement now, but just stabilisation with your current hair loss therapy. how do you explain the fact that now they wont damage existing hairs in the rest of your scalp , while before the procedure they would damage them if implantation would had been done on these areas ? For your next procedure you should measure the total area of midscalp and crown, and calulcate how many grafts you need for each area in order to have decent coverage.

The frontal third looks good, however the temple points look bad and unatural with thick grafts implanted there. I think it would have been better not to implant grafts to temple points at all and save those grafts for the rest part of your head (midscalp and crown). How many grafts left in your donor, in order to cover midscalp and crown? What was the initial plan of Eugenix, in order to give you full coverage ?

US is very overpriced, while europe is much cheaper with better quality than US. Higher price doesnt mean better quality, but mostly depends on the particular location, the taxes, expenses, rents etc..So you pay more for the expenses,taxes, not for quality. Its better to go to countries like Mexico, Brasil in which you could find great doctors at much lower prices than US. In Turkey aldo you can find excellent doctors in affordable prices. Do your research.

between these 2 i would prefer HLC. However my first priority would be Pekiner at the same price.

You can check the results of Dr Pittella to see that the donor areas of his patients look great even if he extracts very large number of grafts like 10.000-12.000 grafts in a 2 day session. So it depends on the clinic, some clinics are able to extract large number of grafts without problem while other clinics do not have experience in doing larger sessions and they do only smaller ones.

Basically dr Pittella is doing much larger sessions than 6000 grafts without any problem at the donor...He can extract 6000 grafts per day and 11500-12000 grafts in a 2-day session. Look at his example below a patient got a procedure with 11.547 grafts from Dr Pittella in a two-day session :

Both doctors are good, different ones though. Keser is a more expensive option in turkey, while Yaman is a good value for money option. With both doctors you would get a good result..Good luck!

Dr Gur's and Dr Demirsoy's starting price is 1 euro / graft, if you dont select the premium package where the doctor does the extractions as well. If you select the doctor to do the extractions too then its 1.5. I think all packages are fine, so it depends on each candidate. Can you tell us the price per graft of Dr Laorwong in Thailand ? does he have different packages ? From a recent patient case of Dr Laorwong , i saw that the patient told us that he paid 70 THB per graft, which is equivalent to 1.88 euro / graft.

With 3000-4000 euros you could easily find a good and ethical surgeon in Turkey. Higher price doenst mean that you will get better result. As it was said before you could select either one of Dr gur, Dr turan, Dr Yaman, and Dr Demirsoy. You would be in safe hands with them and you would get a great result fro sure, as they ethical surgeons participating in all procedures by doing the critical parts of the procedure..So just connect with them and wait for their reply. Dr Keser is a top surgeon in Turkey. He has great results and he is doing all the procedure by himself, while Freitas uses a tech to do the extraction but still he is a good surgeon. Personally i would select firstly keser then freitas.

Higher price doesnt mean that you will get a better result. Higher price many times is due to higher expenses of a specific country like taxes, rents etc...So if i was in your case i would go with dr Demirsoy who is very ethical surgeon in turkey and does the most important parts of the procedure by himself (extraction, incisions, plan and deisgn) for 1.5 €

Dr Pittella is able to extract very large number of grafts in one session without any problem at all, while other clinics are not able to do it and say that is not possible etc...But Dr pittella shows that fue has been evolved and giga sessions are absolutely fine and safe and the patient does not have to suffer from mutliple surgeries... it depends on the candidate. As i said you before...look at dr pittella cases where he extracts 10.000-12.000 grafts in 2 days and he gives great result...Dr yaman extracts the half of this.. there's no any reason to worry...but if you want you can seperate the procedure and tell dr yaman to do the front part now with 3000-3200 grafts and then do the crown next year. It depends on what you want and you could ask the doctor to seperate the procedure in two procedure with 1 year gap between them.

no, there's no fear for that..Think that Dr Pittella extracts over 6000 grafts in one day...there is a recent case of dr pittella with extracting around 12000 grafts in just two days. Dr yaman know what he is doing and the extractor is very experienced. You could also select manual extraction with dr yaman..You can ask it from the doctor if you want to do it this way and it would be a two day surgery.

If you want to do hairline and crown, then you need 4000-4500 grafts like Dr Yaman proposed you. If you go with dr gur, with 3000-3200 grafts you should do only the hairline..Because if you want to both hairline and crown, you need over 4000 grafts for a good density...So between these two plans i would select Dr Yaman, as he suggested you the appropriate number for your case.
