  1. just saw your own post and it looks great. i’m considering going to bicer, HLC or pekiner, but it’s almost impossible to get in touch with pekiner so i’m not banking on that being an option for me
  2. If not knowing the doctor is such an issue then why is HLC always recommended above other doctors like bicer in this instance?
  3. does it matter which doctor delivered it if all recent results are good like spring15 says? or are there some bad results that maybe I havent seen? Are there certain doctors at HLC that are not good?
  4. who else do you recommend at that price range, besides pekiner? or anyone else that’s cheaper you recommend that’s same or better quality?
  5. Is HLC or Bicer better in terms of quality? I have diffuse thinning if that matters, not sure if either is better with this type of hair over the other. price doesn’t matter much as they are around the same
  6. interesting, i haven’t seen any negative posts about bicer. would you say then that Turan is a better option than bicer, if things don’t work out with pekiner?
  7. How would you rank Pekiner, Bicer and Turan from best to worst in terms of quality?
  8. i’m actually 27 not 21 haha. see my response above i’ve been on meds for years already
  9. yes i have been on minoxidil and finasteride for multiple years now. are there any other treatments recommended for my thinning pattern?
  10. Hi all, would love to hear everyone’s recommendations on doctors or clinics that are best for hair transplants with diffuse thinning. here are my pictures as a reference. thanks!
  11. Hi all, I've recently reached out to 6 clinics that I've read are reputable for a HT. However, some clinics are suggesting I do around 2400 grafts, while other clinics suggest as high as 3500 grafts. I'm not sure how to proceed given the vast difference in graft estimation, so wanted to get your thoughts on what would be best for me? All clinics have recommended a FUE/DHI over an FUT. Also, I've been reading about the potential of shock loss (especially for diffuse thinning which I have) and having my existing hairs dying from the HT operation and not growing back. Is this something I need to worry about or can even predict if I will or will not experience this? This is making me a bit hesitant to even get a HT, but not sure if this is a valid concern or not. For context, I started thinning 6 years ago, have been on minoxidil for 5 years and finasteride for 2.5 years. Even with these medications my hairline has been receding and has gotten a bit thinner, while I've made some small improvements in the crown area.
