  1. Your donor seems to be good. I think you need around 3000 grafts. If i was you i would only do FUE method.
  2. The result indeed looks dissapointed and sparse. But we need before pre op pictures to judge better..
  3. 7 euro/graft is too overpiced, i dont think anyone from europe would select him at that price..Its like he doesnt want patients to select him to do the whole procedure anymore, but rather he promotes the lower package and prefers to share the procedure with Dr Kostis at 4 euro/graft which is also expensive compared to other top doctors... There are also a couple of patients who had paid for dr bisanga to do the whole procedure but finally he shared it with Dr Kostis. So by that it is shown that he prefers this way.
  4. wow..insane result! πŸ™Œ Eugenix is one of the best options worldwide for higher norwoods (6 or 7)... Thanks for sharing πŸ˜€
  5. A doctor would never admit that him or his team did a a fault in the procedure which resulted in lower growth to his patient. He would say that the cause would be less blood suply and simillar excuses. But in most cases in the second procedure the patient gets maximum growth, so on that case the blood supply suddenly increased? From that you can understand that doctors find excuses to their faults. If everything would be done perfectly then above 95% of grafts should survive, which mean no visible gaps like the ones we can see in this Couto's patient. A cause of low growth might be thinning on donor (DUPA), which case does not apply to this patient. Also less blood supply may be happen if the surgeon implants very high density above 60-65 grafts/cm2, which also does not apply on that case. You just know general stuff but you have to do better research when you try to make general statemens without specific details, bacause this will result to poor and wrong statemens. Have a nice day.
  6. My opinion is that when you get low growth from a surgeon and the surgeon doesn't know what happened and you got low growth, then its a bit risky to go again to the same doctor since it may happen again if the surgeon did not find his fault. To offer a free repair was the least that Dr couto could do on that case, because his patient lost valuable grafts and he has to suffer by doing a second repair surgery for a small problem which should have been finished in one surgery with no losses at all, especially for the high price he paid. Anyway, i hope the OP solves his hair loss problem this time with no need for another procedure.
  7. We cant know that because we were not in the surgery room to see what went wrong either in extraction or implantation of those grafts.
  8. Something must have been done wrong in the procedure, either by Couto or his tech, which resulted in lower yield of grafts.
  9. From the Pre op pic, it is obvious that there are visible gaps in your transplanted area. So your first surgery with Dr Couto was bad due to the low growth of your transplanted grafts. When a first surgery is not succesful with a surgeon, i would not feel very confident to select the same surgeon for the second time, but you did... Anyway i wish you good luck and happy growing.
  10. I remember from your first post on this thread that Dr Sethi told you that your beard is very good and he can give you good coverage in the front on that procedure and then continue with the back.. But now the result is quite bad and it is obvious that you got low yield of beard grafts...
  11. Happy growing..Looks nice and clean work. So Dr Arika just did the incisions in the hairline and dr Soumesh did the rest insisions in the scalp plus the plan-design of your hair transplant ? Finally extractions were done by techs?
  12. Like you said, your friend's friend who went to Turkey got an amazing result from a Turkish clinic with just 3000$, but you got a poor result with 25.000 $ for only 3000 grafts with Dr Sethi. By paying Higher price doesn't mean that you will get a better result than the other who paid 10 times less money...Most times you pay the brand name and marketing of a clinic... Anyway with 25k $ you paid on Eugenix you would expect the maximum result and a good coverage, like they promised you before the surgery. But this unfortunatelly did not happen for unknown reasons so far. I wish you find a solution to fix it.
  13. Wow...very good result bro. Congrats to Dr Erdogan for this top result....πŸ™Œ
  14. Yea doctors can definitely implant hair between existing hair. If the existing hair are too miniturised, then the surgeon doesnt count them. But if they are healthy he implants between them.
  15. Its going good! It will be improved a lot the next months. Keep us updated.
  16. You did the right choice. This is definitely an unethical behavior from a clinic to ask you to delete the bad posts about them and you cant trust a clinic that behaves like that. Your result with Diep is really bad with a huge and ugly FUT scar. Everyone should read your thread, avoid the same mistakes and make the right choice. Thanks for sharing.
  17. Good luck. Nice one and right number of grafts considering your hair loss problem. I agree that all Dr Yaman's results look natural, so it is definitely a very good option at decent price of 3k euros that you paid for your surgery. All the best..πŸ‘
  18. Wow... Thats an awesome result from Dr Gur....Great transformation πŸ‘ πŸ˜€πŸ™Œ
  19. You have got a huge area to cover. You propably need 5000-6000 grafts. With Dr Yaman you could select either to do it with motorised or with manual punch in a two days session. A third option would be to tell the doctor to do around 3500 grafts now with motorised for frontal third and part of midscalp, and after a year second surgery with another 2500-3000 grafts.
  20. 11,000 $ for 1150 grafts is ridicously high price and the result is too bad...U should get at least the half money for refund and not just 2000 $
  21. Happy growing. The work looks clean with a nice hairline deisgn. Can you share with us the price of your surgery? Waiting for your montly updates of your progress.
  22. As i have seen from this forum, FueCapilar(Turan and Gur) is a safe and budget option with prices up to 4500 euros for up to 4000 grafts. Otherwise Dr Yaman at 3750 euros or Dr Demirsoy 1-1.5 Euros/graft.
  23. You can search for Dr Cinik's results on this forum by typing his name on the search bar. In the link below you can find results of Cinik and information as well: https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/search/?&q=CINIK&quick=1&search_and_or=or&sortby=relevancy
  24. HLC, Pekiner and Freitas are at the same level and they are top options for hairlines. HDC is lower level than the other three. I think on this forum, there are more people going to HLC. In HLC and Pekiner all steps of the procedure are done by doctor (implantation and extraction), which is quite important fact. I have seen a very bad case from HDC (Dr Maras), which is the following:
