  1. Those are some incredible results for the graft count, amazing!
  2. Hi everyone! I'm sure if you're experiencing hairloss and researching hair transplant surgeons you may have come across FUExpert Clinic. This clinic is always fully booked and the waiting list can be up to a year (sometimes more). Hair transplant results from this clinic that are posted online is astonishing! in fact, almost too good to be true? Take a look at some of these results from their official instagram, the density seems impossible for the graft count of each procedure. What do you guys think, real? fake? edited? legitimate?
  3. Do not believe these images, this image was taken right after the SMP was done; thus it looks dark and good. However, after the first week it will fade/soften/settle and become less dark. SMP is great, but the result isn't actually "black dots", rather a grey-ish blue. Here is my personal results.
  4. My month 5 vs month 8, I think shock loss was why earlier months looked worse than month 6-ish onwards.
  5. Your head is probably swollen also, the hairline will adjust and become a bit lower than what you see now.
  6. I see what you mean, it really appears to be how sensitive you are to DHT? Men also thin in the donor area, it happens. Maybe someone can weigh in some personal experience. Stress could also be brought into discussion relating to hair loss. I do find the buffer argument interesting however (diameter of extraction influences area affect).
  7. You need to stay on finasteride after a hair transplant in order to maintain the transplanted hair health. Hair on the back/side of your head is less sensitive to DHT but that doesn't mean it's immune. If someone has lost their transplanted hair after a certain amount of years; it's likely they didn't stick to finasteride.
  8. Oh your crown is fantastic, bravo. Finasteride works wonders for holding onto existing hair.
  9. Shock loss can sometimes take months to recover. It all depends on how long ago this happened and if you're on medication for hair loss.
  10. I've seen smaller procedures make a weak donor actually look better after it's been harvested. Particularly with people who have been overharvested, a second procedure can fade any obvious signs of weak donor.
  11. Great progress so far! The hairline might be a centimetre lower than the usual, but this always isn't a bad thing. As long as your facial muscles don't move your hairline up and down while speaking you'll be fine. Also as a side note; you have wonderful facial hair density!
  12. I wish I had your hairline! How is your crown area? Is this balding?
  13. Hi, I was wondering if the hair restoration network would be interested in having a form for users to apply as moderators? I've been on this forum for 2 years and it seems there is only one moderator (who does a good job by the way!). There are members such as @Gatsby that I think would do a wonderful job.
  14. Small update, nothing fancy. Just showing that hair is still in tact after almost 2 years. Haven't had a haircut in a few months. 21 months post operation:
  15. Thanks friends, I think if I was to have a second transplant it might be when I'm 28 and only a small one for my temples? Say around 1000 grafts maximum and no more. Would this be a safe bet? I understand with fixing the temples you also need to lower the hairline slightly too.
  16. Well you've been on it long enough to look at transplants, a lot of younger people want transplants prior to any long term finasteride use. I recommend going to local clinics to get a review of your donor area, then travel abroad for the actual procedure.
  17. You seem to be in the same boat I was in (maybe even better?). How long have you been on finasteride? It's also important to note that transplanted hair is grows slightly darker compared to non-transplanted.
  18. Best of luck friend, rooting for you. They look like they've done a great job based on those photos. I went to Elitehair in turkey and I'm content with my results (given the price of £2400).
  19. Wow. for 5 months your hair is growing exceptionally well, amazing!
  20. Hi, yes sir. I plan to do the donor in the future to help with the color imbalance. But I'm going to wait until after a second hair transplant to do so.
  21. Wow, you're going to have an incredible result. Rooting for you my friend!
  22. Thank you friend! People say I can pass as an 18 year old (I'm 27 this month). It's been a while but I believe I was on medication 6 months prior to the operation? Kept on them since.
