25 and yeah oral finasteride

First time poster, long time follower of the forum. I began noticing my hair loss when I was 22 and I began topical minoxidil in March of 2020, with oral finasteride beginning in January of 2021. In January of 2023 I switched to oral minoxidil due to a change in my life and habits, and I also began other hair related vitamins. I am mainly posting in the forum asking what they thought about a possibility of a HT in the future. I have noticed that the part the right side of my hair is suffering from more loss (pictured in the photos) Thanks in advance.
