    If you have serious budget issues and that's the main reason for choosing them than i would say you are better of with "No transplant" There can be a high chance of you falling from the frying pan into the fire my brother.

    Thanks brother...yeah i wanted a conservative hairline and use those saved grafts for more density on the total frontal area so even if i loose some ground in future(which is a high possibility), it should not look too sparse. Plus i feel a V shaped hairline is better than U shaped hairline because it helps in hiding those unnatural elements of a hair transplant surgery. So imho unless we are going to a doctor who is a master of creating natural hairlines consistently ,i would pick a V shaped hairline anyday. Plus it ages well and those saved grafts can be used elsewhere according to the need.

    Congratulations, this is a significant positive change from where you were before the operation. In my opinion, there is still room for improvement. Hairs will continue to mature and density will improve until around 18 months post-op. Therefore, once you reach the 15-18 month mark, you can assess the progress and plan accordingly.

    The initial 6 to 8 months is a phase of hair growth, that is the new hairs will continuously keep on sprouting. The density of your hairs starts to increase in the later half, from 8 to 18 months. Therefore, you are just beginning the phase where your hairs will start to mature and become denser.

In my experience, I have not yet seen consistent good results from doctors in Australia when it comes to hair transplant surgery. If you're considering options in India, Eugenix is a reputable clinic you can consult with. Similarly, in Thailand, Dr. Laorwong is a well-regarded option. However, I recommend not limiting your research to just one or two countries. There are excellent hair transplant surgeons around the world, and focusing solely on a few countries might cause you to miss out on considering other highly skilled doctors. It's important to remember that hair transplant surgery is a lifelong decision, so the location of the clinic should not be the main consideration.
