  1. I have talked to patients but still wondering why things are so unprofessional on the surface. A website is something so easy to fix.
  2. To me, it seems highly unprofessional; unfortunately, the world doesn't operate like that. On the one hand, it is important to have a strong skill set, but it is similarly important to convey trust about your skill set. Most of his patients are from abroad, often traveling for the first time to Turkey. I would say it is a bold move, almost naive, to make a call based on the opinions in forums. Even if it works out in the end, I think it requires a certain naivety to go ahead with something having so few viable data points that this is actually a trustworthy option to pursue.
  3. Being the best doctor doesn't excuse a lack of professionalism or transparency, particularly when credibility is based solely on forum reputations in this era of bots and online manipulation. It's essential to directly communicate and build trust. I've seen discussions on another forum suggesting his business might have closed quickly due to tax issues. Any verification on this matter would be highly appreciated.
  4. Hey everyone, I'm reaching out to this knowledgeable community because something quite baffling has come up, and I genuinely need your insights. It's about Dr. Pekiner – it seems he and his entire operation have just vanished off the face of the Earth. His website is down, and there's absolutely no way to get in touch with his assistants. It all just doesn't add up Maybe you've heard something through social media, or have some insider info? Anything at all would be helpful at this point. Thanks in advance for sharing what you know – looking forward to piecing this puzzle together with you all!
  5. Hello, I am currently searching for hair clinics in Europe and Turkey and I am looking for quality options. My shortlist includes FERIDUNI, Hattingen, Bicer, HLC, and Prof Dr. Kayihan Sahinoglu. I would like to gain some insights about Prof Dr. Kayihan Sahinoglu, as I have had a very good impression of him, but there isn't much information available about him in online forums. He ticks all the right boxes. He only sees one patient per day and performs most of the work, including extractions and incisions, himself. His long-term team handles the implantations. He is a fellow of ABHRS, has 25 years of experience, has performed over 5000 surgeries. His website is https://getnewhair.com/. When I spoke with him on the phone, he took the time to answer all my questions, unlike other clinics such as Bicer, where I felt very rushed. His approach is very conservative when it comes to hairline design and graft quotes. All correspondence is done directly with him personally, unlike others like HLC, which uses assistants. He does not engage in aggressive marketing. While I have a very good impression of him, which is better than the more well-known places like Bicer and HLC, I am still a bit concerned since there is not much information available about him. What I have found is positive, but it is just not a lot. I would appreciate hearing your perspective about Kayihan Sahinoglu, ideally from someone who has undergone surgery with him. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Moritz
  6. Hello, I am currently planning on undergoing a hair restoration survey at HLC this summer. Although the clinic has a reputable image, I am concerned about not knowing which specific doctors will be performing the surgery. As a Norwood 5, most clinics have quoted me around 3000-4000 grafts. Could you please provide me with more information regarding the best and most reputable doctors at HLCs? I understand that hair surgery is an art form and the expertise of the doctor performing the surgery will greatly impact the rest of my life. Thank you for your insights. Best regards, Moritz
  7. Hey any updates, would love to learn about Dr Kayihan Sahinoglu as he made a very good impression during our video call. His approach seems very conservative and professionell. Please note below. He does consultation, planning, anesthesia, extraction the grafts, opening the channels) by himself He has a limit of 3000 grafts per day. He only does first half of the surgery to wait another 12 months for the other half. It seems very prfoessional to me. Would love to learn more about him.
