  1. Bumping this question on SMP^ Have you considered doing this in the future if, for example, this procedure gives you solid crown coverage but SMP would really put you over the top?
  2. Looks great Melvin! Thanks for all you have done for the forum and always responding to my questions. It has led me to my repair procedure with Dr. Konior next week for which I am very grateful. One question as I have a very similar head/hairline shape to yourself. I see they flattened and brought the hairline down slightly (which looks awesome). Roughly how many centimeters the hairline is from the glabella ? Thanks, and happy growing!
  3. @Bigred87Going off of what others are saying…if you do want to go the HT route I would possibly consider looking into FUT first in order to maximize donor. It looks like you will need all the grafts you can get. Try seeing what H&W say. Look forward to hearing what they say
  4. Hi @Bigred87, Hope all is well. Have you considered FUT first in order to maximize your donor?
  5. Would also like to know why you do not recommend SMP to add density to top of head? Great result by the way!
  6. Hey @deitel130just wondering if you had any updates on this? I’m sure the result was solid based on your post op and the fact that Wong did your procedure. Hope all is well!
  7. @JDude82hey, just checking if you have an update on this? Thanks!
  8. @Doron Haraticongrats on your come back. True inspiration to some here on the forum. You may have mentioned it before but have you considered doing SMP on the remaining section of your crown after this procedure grows in?
  9. Could you elaborate on the Konior response you got? A little confused by that lol I really like the work I’ve seen from Nadimi tbh but completely understand the reps under the belt. And the list you have sounds good to me. I would consult with all and see who gives you the best feeling.
  10. Konior is worth considering for sure. Doesn’t look bad just needs some refinement
  11. Doesn’t look great but we are here to help. I would contact Mwamba and Bisanga now to gain their thoughts, then they will probably ask you to reach out again after about 6-8 months of growth to game plan. Best of luck 🙏🏻
  12. Class act response by Konior. Also I checked your previous result and agree, the hairline will age well. Just increase density and if you do lower it, just do it ever so slightly as not to use up too many grafts needed elsewhere. Best of luck!
  13. Have you considered going with FUT first to maximize donor ? Just wondering. All good choices, would consult with them all like Melvin said.
  14. This is insane. The future is here. I would highly consider Zarev, especially If I was someone who had a minimal amount of FUE grafts remaining. You may have more grafts than you think
  15. Does Dr. Konior ever perform a combo of FUT and FUE in the same day?
  16. You need to make sure you plan carefully and maximize grafts. This most likely would mean going FUT at least once more before going FUE. Also just make sure to give yourself the best chance to improve your situation by going with the best surgeon for your case. I believe H&W would be a solid option given your situation. I believe you can still get a more natural looking hairline and decent coverage in your next procedure and we are here to help you out
  17. @Aftermath I agree. @elicochin I feel that it’s important to be sharing honest results on the forum like you have done here. Now if the results are not honest then that is obviously a different story but everything that you’ve shared seems appropriate to me
  18. Honestly this does not look great in terms of results. The post op looked a little suspect so that’s why I commented on your other post to see the updates. I believe there are positives, Donor looks good Scar looks good Might want to consider another FUT and then go FUE to conserve but that’s more of your preference as well as dependence on laxity. I think you should be fine as long as your next result is solid. Have you considered any other surgeons for your next procedure? Curious to hear @Melvin-Moderator thoughts on the results.
  19. @HisHairness Did they let you know how many estimated graphs remain in your donor?
  20. Hey @elicochin just checking in on this. Hope all is well!
  21. This looks fine lol. Most people on here would love to have your result
