Couto is who I would go with in terms of results. Although you mentioned your scarce donor area and I believe in that situation that Dr. Zarev would actually be the best choice. Have you tried to get a consult with him?

It sounds like he has something against her and the CHI clinic or something. You can hear him get like angry about the fact that the pre op photos from her patients that we documenting their own journey aren't good, like how is that her fault? I also just noticed he also took out a portion of the video that was in there like a week ago. He had a case in the video where he compared two photos side by side of the same patient saying that one was pre op and the other was 6 months apart and there was 0 change. It turns out they were both pre op photos lmao. Someone in the comments called him out and was like "bro those are not 6 months apart, they are both pre ops" and then he took it out. He also showed 0 photos from Panine which I also thought was odd considering the title is Panine Vs Nadimi. Overall just a very odd video. Always wondered why he's never covered or even mentioned Konior/Nadimi before. Prob cause they don't pay him to hype them up

Large Fut first (H&W) then Zarev second. And get on Dutasteride and oral minoxidil if possible. There’s a path I believe but you have to hit home runs every at bat

One large FUT session with Hasson and then Zarev FUE would be my best thoughts. I think it could be done but you literally have to hit a home run on every step of your process.

I had a procedure done with Konior. Nadimi charges less, has a shorter wait time and in my opinion her work is great. I would have had no issues going with her and may even consider her if I get another HT. Just reach out to them via the website and they will get back to you promptly and give you a quote based on your situation

Your hair looks good to me honestly. If it bothers you then Cooley is worth a video consult. He will want to do video especially if you are repair, I think he charges for the consult though

I think you could go the HT route but you need to have appropriate expectations like Melvin said and understand it will be a marathon. I would personally go with FUT first to maximize donor.

Konior and Cooley like Melvin said. Also if you are looking to maximize your crown grafts Konior has a couple threads on here with 700-800 graft crown procedures that were awesome. Would try not to worry too much about the wait and would advise to focus more on who you think would be the best for you.

I would reach out to everyone on your list (including Konior/Nadimi) and then move forward with who you feel most comfortable with.

Eugenix would be one of the few options I would go with. I would say Zarev might be the best option but he has been tough to contact apparently.

You got a good result in my opinion. Absolutely not a failure. Only 2100 for that area and now you have plenty for the future and are set up for a fantastic result should you do a second pass. Dr. K set you up well. If t’s not a poster result but it looks great and it’s nice to hear that you are happy with it. Any thoughts on a second procedure or holding off for now? Cheers

I definitely think FUT still has its place. For me personally, I am young and have a lot of loss and had a not so great FUT procedure during my first go around. Imagine if I had gone with FUE. I would have 2-3k less grafts over a lifetime when I truly will need every one, and who knows what my donor would have looked like. I think FUT first gives you flexibility and breathing room should your first procedure not go as you thought it would, or if you get hair greed and want as much density and hair as possible (as a lot of us do) FUT definitely still has its place, but obviously it’s based on the OPs situation.
