  1. following for answers, as SMP will be on my radar down the line as well.
  2. for 4 months this is looking so so good... this is gonna be absolutely killer. that pic you just posted... compare it to your pre-ops... you can already tell you look 10 years younger (at least)
  3. totally agree with everything you said and it's something I've thought of too... if I had to go back into work after 2 weeks of FUT, I would've felt so self conscious. even with the redness in the recipient site would've been brutal if you went FUE and the donor was at an acceptable look. Id say I didnt look "presentable" until like 3-3.5 months. you really do need to have nothing going on in your life when you pull the trigger
  4. the hairline design is not a common one for men, but yours is suitable for women. my guess is that’s what he was curious about
  5. you're barely past 3 months. this is honestly a great result for 3 months and yes it will thicken and get better in the next couple months 100%
  6. based on the picture with longer hair, to restore the crown and that completely bare spot, I would estimate close to 3k grafts
  7. glad you guys came to terms. I would be interested in hearing more about the techniques he plans on using the provide a better result this time around. "During the checkup he already had a game plan in place of approximately 1500 grafts (FUT) to fill in the area with different techniques he would use during the procedure to account for my unique case."
  8. any hairloss in the crown? looks thin based off those shaved pics, but I can't tell. also - how long was the wait list for Nadimi?
  9. yeah I know the pics are shit but I felt bad keeping people waiting so I just threw those up. I can feel the incision when I put my head back in car seat, or just like laying down on the floor. if I run my hand through my donor it doesnt feel like anything happened tho. I've been getting a #2 to a #4 fade recently. I havent experimented with how low I can go, but a #4 comfortably conceals it. I'll go lower later in the summer when I have some life events out of the way
  10. 6.5 months I will get some more high resolution pics like I have previously posted in the next few days. things to note: incision is still not 100%. still sensitive, but nothing crazy. its just been lingering that last 10-20% in the last month I'm starting to shed a decent amount. I think this is my native hair, as I usually go through these shedding phases when i was solely on finasteride. lets hope this doesnt torch my results
  11. on a scale of 1-10 how happy would you say you are with the results so far? I am past 6 months myself and I would say have a similar result as you so far. hoping there's more left
  12. guilty of reading that site in the good ol days.... I want someone to create a tracker of the top companies working on hair loss cures, and the progress they're making with timelines of next steps... need it in a one stop shop
  13. getting a haircut on Thursday. will post an update then
  14. aside from the points you made, are you happy with the density? I'm just crossing the 6 month mark myself, and I know that I am far from a final result, but I'm having a hard time coming to terms with whether I'm pleased with the result so far or not. thanks for the update regardless. it really helps the community
  15. I've seen worse situations and I've seen cleaner. Yours looks OK/fine to me. as far as 2700, it looks about right to me. not sure about those grafts in the crown. depending on your level of loss there, it might not provide a visual improvement
  16. if you're looking to get in with Dr. Konior for this summer I wouldn't hold your breath. He's usually booked months to years in advance, unless you can get lucky with a cancelation.
  17. personally I wouldnt touch it. but if you do end up going for it, I would guess around 750-1000 grafts. It's hard to tell
  18. i mean... that is a sample size of 60 people, not thousands. that’s like having 5 people flip a coin and 4 get heads and 1 gets tails. you’re not going to be like omg the chances of getting heads is 80%!!! if you expand that test to thousands and thousands of people the results would begin to even to 50/50. why is it crazy i don’t have side effects? also... the poll does not cover what “side effects” people experienced. some could’ve gotten foggy brain, some could’ve gotten ED, some could’ve had watery semen, some could’ve had all 3 of those symptoms. maybe someone’s side effect was regrowing hair? some people get side effects and continue to take it cause the “side effect” is so minimal edit: i don’t really know what to think of the numbers thrown around around finasteride side effects. you hear 1%, you hear 3-5%, you hear any number these days. just try it and if you experience something you don’t like, stop taking it
  19. i stopped taking oral min. didnt think it was doing anything. short hair should be fine no sides from fin
