  1. not to sound like an ass but maybe start supporting Liverpool instead of Fulham those relegation battles can cause hair loss
  2. Wet hair doesn't flatter many of us. However even when wet, your hair looks great. If you want to send some pics of dry hair for a better opinion go for it however based on these and at 31 years old I'd be delighted. Advice: go enjoy life and get off these sites!!
  3. If the crown isn't the most important thing right now: I'd prioritize the hairline and midscalp; maybe even add more grafts to those regions. Both clinics have posted really good results lately so it's a matter of how soon they can fit you in. One thing you also have to keep in mind is the travel cost. I don't believe either clinic pays for your airfare and assuming you want to stay an extra few days to recuperate then that would be an additional out of pocket expense. Both clinics are out of the US; for Dr Rahal I believe all you need is your passport; for Dr Yaman do you need a visa or can you get a visa upon landing?
  4. The work looks very clean; hard part is done...rest it up and try and stay off the blogs otherwise you'll drive yourself mad!
  5. Thank you! I will try to post some pictures later this week (17 months since procedure)
  6. Congratulations on your procedure. Follow the instructions the clinic has passed on and be patient. This time next year you won't recognize yourself! Do you have any pre-op pics that you can share? What was the graft breakdown?
  7. appreciate the kind words @Melvin-Moderator Thanks for being a positive support to the members
  8. @dboy318sorry for the late response; will try to get the missus to help as not sure how to do it myself Flew to a different state where the weather was incredibly hot and dry so didn't put any work into my hair other than a hair dryer for less than a minute about 8-10 hours prior to these pictures. Went to a family gathering and had pictures taken in the evening in a pretty well lit room. I'm always nervous about well lit rooms but I'd like to think these came out well
  9. thank you @jcs87. I hope your result turns out better than mine Are you a fellow Dr Cooley patient?
  10. Definitely improvement but my issue is with the lighting in the before pictures; I wished they matched the same brightness as the afters as the before pics' lighting is a bit too dim
  11. So last week I had some impromptu family pictures taken; about 13 months and 1 week after sitting in the chair. Including some pictures from pre-procedure as well to show the changes: 1- August 2016 2- August 2016 3- December 2016 *procedure done July 2017 4,5,6 - August 2018- as mentioned these were impromptu so no product or anything in my hair; just some blow-drying done 9 hours prior
  12. @jcs87 I don't have the pics immediately after the procedure before I get out of the chair; first pic is pre p, 2nd is day 365, 3rd is preop left side, 4th is preop from day 238, Weirdly enough I haven't really taken recent pics of either right or left profile; need to get around to that and try to take pictures of my scar. I've let my hair grow out like a bird's nest so need to get it cleaned up next week? The last 5 pics are the night of the procedure , taken right after I used the spray
  13. @UKLad81huge progress has been made. I'm very excited for you; the next few months should continue to make changes. I hope you walking with a swagger in your step? ref when to take pictures: dry is more realistic unless you walk around with wet hair? when taking pictures style your hair the way you normally do. I'm sure Dr Cooley implanted the hair at certain angles for a hairstyle you had/were desiring. Maybe going in the opposite direction won't be a true reflection of the work done? But man: huge changes from day 1. Really looking forward to seeing the hairs thicken up. You had a huge area that was worked on; and good things take time.
