  1. Oh gotcha gotcha. No he did not shave any existing hairs.
  2. Thanks so much for the kind words. Yes I have been spraying as directed and plan on doing it until the bottle runs out. I'll be posting the photos as soon as I get them so all can see!
  3. Not sure what you mean by a non shave procedure. I had a FUT and he shaved a very small portion around the strip. I never said I was back at work yet. I am a flight attendant so I was able to fly heavy time at the beginning on the month so fortunate to have the remainder of this month off. My front right side is slightly bruised but I did not even notice until the lady that washed my hair pointed it out to me. I'm just taking Advil and putting ice around my forehead and eyebrows to keep any swelling down just in case. No pain that I have noticed.
  4. I actually am living in Charlotte now. Have been living here for about 4 months. Moved from Orlando. His office is about 15 minutes from my townhouse.
  5. Hello everyone! I had my 2500 FUT with Dr Cooley on Monday (Yesterday) so just now having sometime to write up a little report. Their are tons of great reviews with tons of detail on here about Dr Cooley so I will keep this pretty short. First of all I can say is WOW. My experience from start to finish was world class. I can't imagine going anywhere else for this. My day started right at 7am. Movies and lunch picked out. Met with Dr Cooley for about 30 minutes. Took pictures, answered all my questions throughly and not rushed, agreed on new hair line and took several pictures. Then went back and got started right away. Strip removed and some incensions made for the new grafts. Then lunch. Then the process of getting all 2500 in! I left the office about 720pm. Bottom line is that Dr Cooley is on a completely higher level than I could ever imaged. Dr Cooley and his entire team made me feel so comfortable, at ease, and at home. Questions answered all day and in a very warm environment. Went back today for the wash. Everything looks great. I'll post some pictures and counts later in the week when I go back for the final wash. If you have any questions feel free to ask. My advise: do not have a HT unless you have at least been in for a consult with Dr Cooley. You won't regret it.
  6. Hey guys. Long time lurker and finally getting my HT tomorrow with Dr Cooley. Feeling excited and nervous and scared. Doing some last minute online researching today of what to expect on the day of and after. Something has me very concerned. I cut my hair to a #2. I had my hair cut this past Tuesday to a number 2 all around. Tuesday was the 10th. My surgery is tomorrow Monday the 16th. So almost 1 week later. Do you think my hair will be to short or somehow this will cause a problem? I'm really freaking out after reading some online posts about doctors asking their paitents to leave the hair in the back grow for 2 months before. Thoughts anyone to help me sleep better tonight?
  7. Hello All: I am 28 years old and living in Orlando, FL. I noticed my receding hairline about 4 years ago and went to Bosley for a consult. Never followed up on it. However in the past few months, I have been noticing it more and ready to do something about it. I went today back to Bosley for another consult and now remember why I never followed up with them again. High pressure and super high prices. They quoted me FUE, 1000 grafts, $8,595.00. Oh and they can fit me in next Tuesday (rolls eyes). Anyways, I am looking for any advice on getting started or where I can look for good doctors at a reasonable, fair price. I have spent the last 2 hours on this site and I think I am even more confused now. Central Florida Hair Restoration and Orlando Hair Restoration Center are 2 other clinics that are coming up in the Orlando area. I don't have any problems traveling the the states but not comfortable going overseas. Please help a guy out! Thanks all in advance!! Attached is my Bosley consult photos so you guys can see what I am working with here!
