    I see what you mean about that left side. Definitely not sprouting full growth there which is a shame. Other than that things look very good.

    Did they give you any kind of "guarantee"? It's possible maybe you can get some of your money back after a year.

    Let none of us be naive. If this is what he is seeing after almost 6 months it's a virtual guarantee that it will not be a home run result. That being said it CAN improve a bit for sure, but overall for a whopping 3500 grafts in what is a relatively small area for said number of grafts, it should be looking much more dense and it's clear the density will not end up being there unfortunately. I do wonder what went wrong though that would have affected the growth.

    Great pics. How many grafts per square CM do you know? You mentioned in the other thread about wanting to wear a hat to the airport and what not. Did Bruno give you a specific hat in the goody bag or did you bring your own? How long after surgery is it safe to wear one?

    I'm not sure I thought that sometimes it's just a case of bad luck and the grafts don't take. I'm curious what the surgeon's errors may have been for you to end up having such a poor yield.

    Forgive me but what exactly does "yield" mean specifically? By the looks of it a good amount of grafts just didn't take/grow. I am sorry you had this experience but your hair still looks rather good.

    Nice dense pack of 1600 for sure. Should turn out great. You should make your own thread to give your experience and if you have more photos to share. I would like to know more about Dr. Ferreira experiences.

    Dr. Ferreira was included on the "World's Top 25 Hair Transplant Surgeons" in 2021 by Spencer Stevenson. So I wouldn't ever consider going to him "risky". The work I've seen from him on his social media pages looks top of the line. De Freitas does amazing work and constantly produces great results as seen all over this site and his social media. HLC is one of the very few clinics in Turkey imo (and this is after years of research on my part) that are a relatively safe bet. That being said if it was me, I would go with one of the other two first.

    I too say average density. Some parts, especially towards the left of the lift, you can tell is not that dense, with a lot of skin in between the hairs.

    Still a very narrow donor at the end of the day. Can't see much more than 4000-4500 coming out of there before it would look overharvested. What is the plan for Eugenix?

    Still really would have liked to see how much it filled in after a year. The density in the implants from the look of the post op photos wasn't that crazy so I wasn't too surprised by the lack to density at 6 months, but I agree with others that it appeared to have been weak growth overall. I wonder what went wrong exactly.

    I would be way too paranoid that I'd turn over to my side in the middle of the night 😬 But I guess the right neck pillow would help prevent that

    Nice! Impressive how he was able to go in between all the native hair so well, it seems. I love how the very front has the super thin hairs. Any idea where those came from? I'm assuming above the ears from your retrograde area?
