Been at the gym game for nearly 30 years and roids have been a line I've never crossed, despite trying most other supplements/creatine/ephedrine etc. Seen the damage over the years with guys on it. Two strokes, one resulting in permanent paralysis, severe mood swings and mental health problems and others with horrendous acne and liver problems. At the end of the day, it's your decision. We make our own way in life and have free will. The results from steroids, in my experience, are short lived and do not look natural. It worries me, that I constantly see young guys, hoping for the quick fix, resorting to growth hormone and steroids. As for your original question, I don't see any balding at the crown.

Did he say why? I've heard people mention this a few times with various surgeons.

At 46, i'm seeing everyone I listened to musically in my youth pass away, also the great actors and entertainers of the genre, its depressing. The circle of life.

To be honest, I don't you needed a hair transplant in the first place.

Interesting starting the hairline quite a bit behind the original forelock. Always impressed with HDC results and the neatness of their work.

Took generic proscar and couldn't feel a thing in my top end, lost total sensation in the trouser area after three weeks. Stopped taking it and thankfully the sensation returned. IMO, it's not worth taking, with sides like that. Personally, after reading up on it, it's like playing with fire. Good luck to anyone on it with no sides, but it's not for me. I'd rather be receding with a working d...k.

I think hair buzzed to a number 3 or so would give enough room for a surgeon to place grafts and give your a bit of a head start with growth on top. Sides grow back pretty quick, so you could probably salvage a half decent haircut in a few weeks post surgery.

What do you mean by mushroom effect? I imagine a surgeon could probably work around a 2 or 3 buzz cut on top which gives you a bit of growth on top even though the back and sides are shaved. Interesting to hear comments from a surgeon on this.

Erdogan quoted me 4800 grafts for basically a Norwood 3. Others ranged from 2000 to 3500 . I think he does quote high but his results are great.

I,ve been on a generic (fincar) for two weeks and am getting a dull ache in the nuts and a pulsing sensation in my butt a few hours after taking it, presumably the prostate area. Had a couple of half baked erections recently (I have a bad head cold at the moment) which may or may not be related. I really don't think this is good stuff to be taking. Was also reading that cross gender people take it in higher doses when changing sex.... The more I read about it,the more it's concerning me...

Great face framing and he got the hairline perfect. Any lower wouldn't have looked right imo. You don't even notice the mid section of the head much. It shows how important it is to get the frontal hairline right.
