  1. Looks great - another case that demonstrates just how key temple points are. Would like to see pics that actually show the hairline rather than styled forwards, but pretty obviously a huge improvement/great result!
  2. This work looks outstanding - if this all grows in nicely you're going to be a seriously happy bunny! Great to see H & W FUE, too. One of the absolute juggernauts of strip making more regular forays into FUE can only be a good thing for those seeking top class hair restoration. This was a great write up though I would suggest that the look you're getting is not NW2ish, it's a strong NW1. Lables be damned though, It's a beautiful hairline!
  3. Latest pics look fantastic - many, many congratulations squatch!
  4. Someone needs to double-check this chap's credentials he's clearly never lost a hair in his life! Cracking result
  5. Wow, already looks great at 4 months, you sir are going to be one seriously happy camper!
  6. Just shows that if you're lucky enough to come from a favourable starting point, a HT really can give you a "perfect" hairline/ head of hair (with the caveat that someone like Dr.K is in the driver's seat ). Yes, I know you're not a Norwood 1 but this is pretty much "the dream" as far as most guys are concerned. Long may it continue for you, Spanker
  7. It's amazing how "normal" people can almost NEVER pick one out. I keep telling people x or y has clearly had a hair transplant and the answer is always the same "don't be silly/ridiculous", "their hair is normal" etc. They can only ever spot it in someone who was already VERY significantly balding. Pegg is a prime example though I spotted it on Graham Norton's show while he was doing promotional work for the movie prior to MI.
  8. That is a sweet hairline bud. Glad you had such a positive experience and i'm sure you'll be thrilled once it's grown in!
  9. Looks like you should be on to a winner here ZX! Rahal really seems to excel at making a good head of hair great. Hope you have fun in the coming months!
  10. I can appreciate that at a certain point you lose sight of what you're actually looking at but believe me, you've gone from very visibly receding to a basically flawless hairline. Not too shabby! Happy continued growth dude, but it's looking great already
  11. Outstanding hairline case, the guy already had decent hair but this pushed him over the top! Really refined work, doc. This might be the most natural transplanted NW1 hairline i've ever seen. Let's face it, it can often look a little unnatural but this is perfect, imo.
  12. You can pretty much guarantee he has a ton of product on his hair to achieve that, uuuhhh, "interesting" hairstyle
  13. I must admit the first time i saw your pics I assumed it was shock loss tbh. Also, I agree that many of the most "wow factor" results are FUT rather than FUE (that's not to say FUE doesn't have them, they surely do!). Love Rahal's hairline aesthetics, one of the indisputable masters of it imo.
  14. This result is the absolute dog's danglies! You must be chuffed mate, this is type of outcome that makes people cry "faaake!" Enjoy, man.
  15. That's a pretty bad photo but i'd have to say that based on what's presented your hair looks great, man!
  16. Probably because I don't have a vested interest in the topic per se? A lot of posters seem to have a burning desire to discredit what Dr.Feller says. You can be absolutely sure that if I felt as passionately as some posters seem to, I would take up such an offer in a heartbeat.
  17. Shan't be posting again in this thread, if you think you've got it all figured out, more power to you. I'm glad you were happy with your FUE result. Staggering amounts of unhelpful subjectivity in this thread.
  18. I don't intend to get involved in this (at this point, often rather petty) debate one way or the other but I will say one thing. I realise that members of this forum probably value their anonymity, but if Dr.Feller's offer of a three way phone call with a doctor is genuine then I'm shocked that someone hasn't been minded to take him up on it. I think it would be immensely interesting to get a FUE specialist's (that is not meant as disrespectful, i simply mean a doctor for whom FUE work constitutes the majority of their practice) direct opinion on matters. There have been some pretty bold claims made on both sides of this debate but as of yet Dr. Feller has been given carte blanche to make largely irrefutable claims (though with a little too much anectdotal conjecture for my liking ) simply because he is a qualified hair transplant surgeon. If people are really so certain he is wrong about what he is saying, what have they to lose by taking him up on the offer of such a phone call? I'm certain that by putting many of the key points in this thread to a "FUE favourite", it would be immensely educational for the party involved and could be reported back to the community.
  19. Nice jumper! Wait, what's that about hair? Yeah, it's ok...
  20. It may be unusual in the sense that it's uncommon but there's nothing "wrong" with such a hairline from an aesthetic/naturalness PoV imo. There are far more prescient justifications one could point to than "oh, it'll look unusual when you're older". I'm not disagreeing that it simply wouldn't be smart to transplant that hairline onto a 25 y/o who's likely headed NW5+, but saying the hairline will "look odd" when he's older is not really a legitimate argument in my eyes (and it's a mantra that's often trotted out around here!). All that said, nice case. Like the work.
  21. Agreed, lovely result. Did you recommend the patient begin finasteride? Although his hairloss wasn't that extensive this is a hefty chunk of grafts into the frontal third. Great result, regardless
