  1. I don’t believe finasteride feminizes you unless you take it prior to puberty. Plenty of men use finasteride heavily and don’t look feminine. I think Rob has never had a lot of facial hair, he has thin eye brows that could be perceived as feminine. Now, you combine that with botox and filler, which compounds it.
  2. Who was the surgeon at PAI, the thing with places like that and other commercial mills, sometimes the doctors are actually good. It’s just a gamble.
  3. $2.50 is super cheap for a doctor of his skill. The best surgeons in Turkey charge over 3 euros. So the distance and savings is very reasonable. I would ask to see some examples of Dr. Parejas work alone before you decide. If it were me, I’d probably choose Dr. Camacho to be safe. It’s still very cheap regardless.
  4. I haven’t examined Dr. Parejas body of work, but she assists in almost every procedure. The results you see from Bogota Hairlines are a result of a team effort between her and Dr. Camacho.
  5. The first guy looks a bit overharvested, he has afro hair which conceals it better than straight hair. Second guy bounced back very well. But I’d be interested to see how it looks with shorter hair.
  6. I think Hasson’s approach makes sense. Stabilize before you do anything. Are you on finasteride?
  7. Actually, I believe topical dutasteride and oral minoxidil is the best route. Topical dutasteride has a negligible effect on serum DHT. Low dose oral minoxidil is safe, anyone saying otherwise isn’t looking at the data. In a 2021 study consisting of 1,404 participants, only 1.3% suffered from tachycardia. The most common side effect was hypertrichosis (unwanted hair growth). https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0190962221004187
  8. Neither, do it yourself. I found that I’ve learned my hair, the perfect length and exactly how to get to the shortest level without exposing scars. If you need some pointers let me know Adrian.
  9. I use topical dutasteride and oral minoxidil in combination. My opinion, it’s the best stack.
  10. @Mike10 Why the antagonistic approach. Seems like you always have something negative to say on a Bisanga thread. Shaving your head to cover an area void of hair isn’t necessary anyway. It would look weird either way once grafts shed.
  11. Looking at your pictures, you were always going to need multiple hair transplants. I’m someone with a very similar hair loss pattern. My hairline is 7cm, not juvenile but not too conservative either. I think the height is just fine. Watch this video it might help.
