3,000 grafts FUE - Hairline, NW 3 - Camacho / Pareja
Silent123 replied to Bobby212's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Hey man, this looks like it will turn out to be a great result. I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out for you 😃 -
Hey man, you're not wrong, FUE when overdone definitely look worse than a pencil thin strip scar. See some horrendous donors following over-harvesting over the years.

Permanent shock loss ? Damaged hair ?

Amazing dude ! That has recovered really well 😎 -
Hey man, how many sessions did it require to look like this? I bet you are seeing a large rise in repair cases. I have no idea why Turkish clinics extract so closely together and cause such obvious thinning like that. Madness ! Good job anyway dude 👏

Need advice for a repair plan
Silent123 replied to coinflipdrifter's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Hey man, your hair looks very good already, though I do understand wanting to have a little more density. I think a small touch up would complete your goal. We can be our own worst critics in life, often our imperfections we tend to focus on heavily, even though no one else even notices....- 14 replies

Hey man, this is interesting. Autoimmune disorders are such a strange phenomenon that I'm surprised there is still no actual cure after all this years. Treatments work, but as soon as you stop, oh no ! -
Best surgeon for straight hairline ?
Silent123 replied to rcfue's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
How long would you say you've thinking about further work for ? -
Hey man, it's very early days with the regrowth but often going cheap means you end up spending twice to get it repaired after. You may be one of the lucky ones though and all will be OK. Give it some time now and wait the results 👍

Best surgeon for straight hairline ?
Silent123 replied to rcfue's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Hey man, I have to admit I thought your hairline looked really good already. Boxing it in will look nice though when you're a pensioner will that look good then? These are always things that I think people don't think about. Not to say being older and have a super straight hairline won't look cool, just that your hairline already looks great in my opinion! -

Hey man, great update from where you started. This is going to be a total transformation when you fully grow out and mature. I for one am looking forward to the end result. Keep us all updated on here 🤠 -
Westminster Medical Group - Discussion about graft numbers
Silent123 replied to dntv's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Hey man, don’t tie yourself up in knots like this with numbers. You can’t be certain that counting every extraction digitally with a red dot is accurate as you have done for hours and hours. That is not healthy dude. Keep calm and await the result. Try to update the forum monthly with your regrowth photos so we can see how it all pans out. This could be helpful for others who psychologically get caught up in the numbers 😎 -
Try to keep posting on here monthly until the final result. This could be really helpful for some who have the same feelings early on after their procedure 👍

shedding most of hairs 13 days post op

Hey man, all very normal for the hairs to flake off with the scabs. This is always a concern as you see them disappear down the drain thinking you've lost your new implants. Don't sweat it they'll grow back 😎 -
Every little helps certainly. Though it can dry out the scalp as mentioned above. Best used sparingly I believe .

Hey man, this looks pretty itchy! Hope it recovers for you. This would be a good one to document on here to help others if they go through the same 👍
-
Hey man, I stopped using it many years ago due to dizzy spells / light headaches. It originally was a blood pressure med so probably why with me... you ever checked with your doc? Which brand are you using?
-
Yeee I agree with everyone else, this looks super nice and appropriate for him for the stage of life he's at. Great result 😎

Hey man, having a hair transplant is certainly a big deal. I see a lot of people posting on here and freaking out about completing their procedures very early on. They often seem to update with great results later, or you don't hear from them at all.... we can only assume those who don't come back have hopefully regrown their hair and likely moved on in life. I guess some men just aren't psychologically prepared for the process (even if they think they are) this can be with anything in life where changes happen 🤠
