  1. This is going to be great. The hairloss is is pretty limited to a frontal area, so when you hit that with 3k grafts, it is going to be dramatic.
  2. Don't get an HT. Move on with your life....unless you feel HT is a hobby...
  3. I use the Equate Selenium Sulfide shampoo. It's a good antifungal and makes my hair feel good too.
  4. Both are fine. Liquid is supposed to penetrate the scalp better, but some people (like me) have an adverse reaction to the solvent used. But that might not be your experience. The foam is easier to use and dries faster. While the liquid takes over an hour to dry, and is good for putting on at night. Just try both and see what you like.
  5. You are balding so aggressively you broke the website. I jest, they're not loading.
  6. Good luck. If I'm not mistaken Dr Vila actually did Dr Lorenzo's own HT. They are definitely far more respected than any of the Harley Street clinics. You are in great hands. What did they advise you on when to stop wearing the hairpiece?
  7. ^There's no right answer. If your hair loss has stabilized, you may not need fin. If it's unstable, then you'll need it to protect both donor as well as native recipient area hair. Truly the fog of war...
  8. The recommendation to views ratio is low because it's hard for people to make a recommendation as it's your list. I couldn't really comment because I wouldn't be comfortable traveling to Turkey etc. Your list strikes me as a little bit strange. One is an expensive Western clinic, the others are far cheaper Turkish clinics with differing levels of patient posted results, so I don't see a common theme here. How did you narrow it down to these three names? My issue with Erdogan is that he quotes too many grafts, but in this case his estimate matches the others. Additionally, his work looks quite consistent with plenty of patient posted results and not much negative feedback. If I was limiting myself to Turkey and wanted to do a lot of grafts, I'd probably be comfortable with his team.
  9. Go with who you are comfortable with. If you are comfortable with either of them. IMO go with who has a booking date open...As hsrp10 mentioned, Bisanga, Lupanzula and Mwamba as well have very reasonable waiting lists.
  10. Most people on the forums favor Konior in general, much moreso if you limit yourself to Chicago.
  11. If you listen to the Rolling Stones, get FUT, if you listen to Coldplay or Kanye, get FUE.
  12. Palma can you show me a result which was a failure at 12 months and had significant improvement by 2 years? I can't even think of a result that was a failure at 9 months that improved significantly.
  13. For my surgery it was 50% one month before and 80% one week before. It may be a new policy.
  14. But was it part of your plan to increase density throughout, or were you unaware of this?
  15. But that's the thing, Dr K didn't just work on your hairline, he tried to increase density throughout. In your preop pics, right at the crease where you part your hair, the scalp is visible. Was the plan to increase density there? Karadeniz did hairline to crown coverage, and I can't understand why.... http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/attachment.php?attachmentid=103583&d=1485517864 http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/attachment.php?attachmentid=103596&d=1485518148
  16. Milo, why don't you start your own thread and post photos.
  17. Doctor will need to take a good look at your donor before deciding. You should set up a few consults. Also styling tip: buzz the sides down short. You have some native hair on top, I think you'll look good with a buzzed style.
  18. Sorry to hear this. It is disappointing. Any comments from the clinic?
  19. I agree...this has to be one of the more unique cases I've seen. Rather than add to the hairline with a few grafts, Dr K added density throughout. I note the difference between the before and after and the after looks better with greater volume, but, the planning is a little strange. Then again, OP had thinning right above the lateral humps, which is noticeable in the before with the side part.
