  1. Hello. Personally I've never seen hair gain from anyone who's used laser. Are you on meds? Meds & surgery in the future would be a more permanent solution
  2. I think it does because the regaine needs to go into the scalp, but some of it will still go on the scalp anyway even with concealer. But what can you do though. Just an opinion
  3. It's when you've been in a transplant head on collision & it will take a good surgeon a session or two to 'repair' the damage caused previously. One repair operation is sometimes not enough & there might be a lot to do to fix it.
  4. It's been a war for you. 30 years! The pre op 4 photos look really good. Just to confirm who was the surgeon & grafts? Dr. Bolton?
  5. FUT would produce a higher percentage of growth & yield than FUE anyway. It's not a massive area to fill in. The less bald you are, the higher expectations you have & the harder it is to be pleased with the final result. Hope things work out
  6. Mild? True That's a nice result. Would like to see more cases being presented on here Joe, I'm just being greedy & keep wanting to see more of them. I hope one day I can end up with a similar result
  7. Anyone who has done any kind of research on transplants would tell you that it would take 12-18 months to see full growth AND maturity of the hair where it would gain thickness & improve in quality after growth has reached its optimum. 5 months are only the beginning. If you chose a quality surgeons, then the next 7 months will be exciting.
  8. No worries. No Dr. Hasson gave me his undivided attention from 7.30 am to around 10.30 am. That was for removing the strip, stapling me & making the incisions. Later in the afternoon he came back to make more incisions which took another hour. So he might have had a small op after midday to deal with. The clinic is full of technicians keeping an eye of you anyway. 10 girls worked on me that day.
  9. That is common & normal for both surgeons. If they have a smaller operation to deal with then they can combine it with a larger one, or work on two small operations, one at a time. So when the doc is done with you, he can start with the other patient. I saw him coming in at 6am so plenty of time. Nothing to be concerned about.
  10. Dr Umar. Body hair is different in texture & in its growth cycle
  11. I use it for the final third where transplanted hair was also added. Been on it since Jan. Growth is visible but most likely just from the transplant. Give it a go & be patient
  12. Less concealer. FUE in London, go figure
  13. Completely normal, very early days. It'll be like that for a few months
  14. The grafts are safe now. Cutting it without a guard didn't sting?
  15. Hello KO. That photo was 2 months post op. Shock loss. The 'ugly duckling' phase. Here is the side at month 6. Every month it is improving of course.
  16. Both top surgeons. Go to Dr. Feriduni for a consultation since its easy to get to him & contact Dr. Rahal's office for an online consultation. I'm definitely considering both for the future for FUE
  17. Those are the photos on my profile, you'd have to flick through them I think. The blog shows before & 6 months. I'll update it. Not at all. It's not thin either, it's only because the hair was cut short.
  18. I'd definitely use both. You still have hair to save & to try to stop or at least slow the loss down is priceless
  19. We 'do' trust. They need to send info to the moderators. They need to show before & afters
  20. You will get a lot more responses if you post photos. Any use of Minoxidil?, Finasteride?, MSM? Biotin? Nizoral? Search for recommended surgeons on this site. Top right hand of the page.
  21. If you can find those results you've seen and post them here, that would be great.
  22. Looks good. Yeah, how many grafts? How many left in the donor?
