  1. hey guys! yes i did i actually bought it for myself; I called a doctor in miami and he connected me with National Hair centers; he explained eberyting about the cap as well, advised to use it even before ht so the scalp is stronger i started using it about a week before ht and man i just have to say that besides the ht going great; the hairs are getting thicker all around, im a believer in laser so i invested those 2500$ on it. They also offer payments. I was told that the power and laser that the comb has doesn't compare at all to the cap; that cap is much for powerful you should see that thing is a nice machine. it seems to be working well for me; i think if you do ht and through the growth time you add laser you should expect good results; i have to add that i started using this machine about a week prior to my ht, and exactly 2 days after ht started using it again, would sit it right above my head while laying down; and i never experienced shock loss which i was very happy about. good luck!
  2. hey thank you for the help, I've been told to do the same try 1 milligram first once a week see how i do and hopefully then bring it twice a week.... yes i did, the ht was done in the middle didn't go all the way to the crown i wanted to put it all on the front and middle, when i put the laser on it would touch my forehead and the back so it didn't touch the area where the grafts were transplanted, the cut fits right in, it doesn't touch your scalp. So i I've been using it 3 times a week for 30 minutes as i was advised.
  3. Hey guys after a month I'm posting up some pictures here, note that i have cut my hair to how i like to wear it, its very short, as you can see the donor area is healed. i asked many people to tell me how it looks they told me it just looks a lil red but would never guess i had a surgery, I'm very happy with that. at the top you can see no redness anymore i just started using rogaine like doctor hakan described. and Im also using laser therapy every other day for 30 minutes, i believe this will help, i did it years ago and had amazing results so i think i can re introduce it and so far I'm happy with everything. I traveled from the us to turkey to meet doctor hakan he saw my donor and said unfortunately it wasn't too strong so we could only get about 2500 grafts, this was done in one session, from there it took about 2 weeks for all the scabs to fall off, i started using the laser 2 days after operation. this laser is the capillus cup, its recommended by clinics, i believe some ht surgeons put their patients on this even a day after surgery its believed by some that it can reduce the shock loss. To all of you id like to ask for any tips as far as propecia, I've been getting some side effects i don't like at all, and i stopped it a few weeks ago, any advice and comments please let me know, any questions you have ill be happy to answer!
  4. hey mate i have to say that to me your hair looks better than the picture before, however Id expect more its true, but don't give up the hopes, even if after a year just don't give it up. Have you tried taking the propecia maybe every other day? I've heard that this could help with less of those side effects, and I'm assuming you are cutting the pill in 4 and taking 1 once a day? well try taking it once every other day and see what happens. Also do you workout? If not Try resistance training this could also help minimize the side effects you may get from the pill. on another note i think the hair you have now will not fall, and you should really look into smp, there are truly some great people out there doing amazing things with it, since you do have somewhat hair around it will definitely make you look as if you have no hair loss at all. I have seen pictures and contacted myself a few places, the ink is temporary so you can see how you feel once you have it in. At first i found some negative info on smp but I'm now looking into myself and will perform this soon, so my advice is check into it! Try the pill every other day! and not for once think you lost the battle! good luck!
  5. well i looked for a natural store and i called ask if they had organic shampoos then just went and looked them up made sure no alcohol so most likely no scent. Minoxidil is whats on rogain which will help to thicken up your new hairs! but i guess they asked you to get that in shampoo? no sure but really look for a natural store just call them up, I for got the name of mine since I'm not home. You will find that shampoo very easy
  6. hey just get an organic shampoo with no alcohol its what i have been using and what they recommended for me. Hope you doing well!
  7. hey voipman anyway you could post some pictures of your scalp using dermatch?
  8. pretty good check my other posts i did put some pictures on them. And I'm waiting just a lilbit more the 6th of april will be a full month, my donor area is completely healed you can not tell that anything was extracted from there which i find incredible, my beard is completely healed as well I'm very happy, specially the prices in turkey with dr Hakan Doganay are just unbeatable. will be performing smp very soon and post pictures as well
  9. Post them here please, would love to see them. thank you mate!
  10. yes they did prp during the ht. By the way i Just washed the hair and a ton of scabs came out, thank you so much! Im not really sure about dermatch to be honest, the doctor asked not to use any of those because they could cover the poures and how the follicles i guess need to breath and not get cover by concealers. However i do think dermatch is a great product and would work great on me, do you mind sharing some pictures of how it looks after you use it? would really appreciate it.
  11. Hey thanks a lot falco123 i have noticed the scabs turn white after washing but id leave it there. As i said its been 14 days and wish they could all be gone i will try to after washing see where the white around the head is and pour water while gently passion the palm of my hand over it. thank you so much
  12. Hey falco123 thank you so much for the help, i have noticed after washing the scabs do turn white but i wouldn't touch them, i guess i could gently do what you said i should. Right now im only washing 2 times a day, maybe i should try 3? thanks so much man
  13. Hey guys, here are a few pics of my post op today marks 14 days however not all scabs are gone yet, I've washed my hair twice a day very gently of course, really hoping the scubs are gone soon. 2500 grafts were transplanted with Dr hakan Doganay; 1000 came from my beard, unfortunately my donor wasn't full enough to extract more, but i do keep my hair very short. In this picture is much longer than i tend to keep the hair, so i plan on later add smp to the back and maybe even some on the front to add a more full look. I don't have any work as of now for a few more weeks so hoping all the scabs are soon, any suggestions id really appreciate them, thank you all! see the donor is all healed im really happy about that, its almost impressive how this choi technique really leaves barely any marks, i plan on keeping the back area to a 0 cut and the front middle to a 1.5
  14. hey guys im at 14 days post op with dr haken my scabs are not all gone yet thought, they still on my hair, any suggestions? no more redness, donor fully healed i will be posting pictures after sending this, please let me know your thoughts
  15. Hey David thank you so much! its been 3 days after this surgery I'm flying back to the states tonight, i just feel like this extra 2 days here weren't even necessary, would've felt much more comfortable back at home. I think in about a month i will be able to tell with more clarity how this smp will work for me. I want to help as much people as i want answering questions and updating with pictures weekly. Hey voipman.- I'm very interested on dermatch now, specially if you say it takes 1 to 2 min and it doesn't really come off the way topik does. do you know if dermatch clugs the poures on the head? The doctor suggest to not use topik for about a month and to try not to even use it because some of this things to cover baldness tend to cover up the poures not letting the hair breath, do you know anything about this? thank you guys
