I hope that the last 4 months produce more density for you and I agree nearly 3k grafts should’ve been enough to produce full density have you tried applying fibers like toppik or febron? In that case i think a second pass is required for decent density. maybe also a low graft survival - was DHT blocker, minoxidil, or blood flow supplement / anything else being used to ensure high graft survival?
